Our condo is perfectly situated with easy access on the 4th floor. We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom. With over 1,800 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Towers condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 75” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 58" SMART TV in the master, and a 58" Smart TV in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the master, two Queen beds in the 2nd bedroom, a Queen with a Full over Full bunk bed in the 3rd bedroom and a sleeper sofa Queen in the living room for sleeping up to 14.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, large splash pad, heated in-door swimming pool, large jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Gulf Towers with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $70 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix Gulf Towers guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Everyone that stayed loved the space and the accommodations. The little ones loved the pool, slide, and the lazy river. So nice to stay where you can see the ocean everyday!

Excellent location! It was super easy to park and walk straight to our room on the fourth floor. The balcony has great views of the pool and beach. The beach access is a short walk. We loved staying here and cannot wait to return!

Family Vacation Fun

We loved our condo at Gulf Shores Towers. The location is great and we all loved the beach, pool and slides . We also appreciated the storage closet across the hall for chairs and toys. My only suggestion is to add hooks and additional towel bars. With 11 of us we could have used them.

There is even a closet outside of the unit to put sandy items. The ice machine was a plus! We will stay here again!

It was a great condo very spacious. The floors were pretty dirty after walking around the first hour in the condo barefoot our feet turned black so may need to mop alittle better or maybe mop twice just a suggestion. The jacuzzi tub in the master we turned on the jets an black specs started coming out of the jets so i would probably either get that looked at or cleaned thoroughly. But overall a great vacation place for our family! Thank you!

Our “home” On the Beach

Our condo was very nice! Perfect for us 5 adults and 1 baby! Very pretty and clean! Just a couple of complaints, but nothing major. Nothing to cause us to not stay there again! Loved the large balcony and lots of nice balcony furniture! Loved the extra cabinet space and the big built in ice maker! Beautiful swimming area. Lazy River and splash pad and slide!

Fabulous stay

Everything was fantastic. Only thing I would say that they need is a floor vacuum, mop and dust pan. There was a broom and a vacuum but the vacuum seemed to just throw everything everywhere. Other than that the stay was absolutely amazing! Well stocked kitchen with lots of silverware and plenty of dishes, glasses and bar glasses.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is spacious and had plenty of room for our group. The balcony is nice and had a great view with a table for eating outdoors. Walking distance to the beach is short and we liked that there was a storage closet to store sand toys and beach chairs. This unit does not have a hair dryer unfortunately. Also, the cooking pans were all dirty and the non-stick had worn off. I did not feel comfortable cooking on it and had to cook everything in a large stock pot. But there were plenty of other dishes and cups which was nice.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I along with my daughter, son-in-law and two grandbabies had a wonderful time! With this unit on the fifth floor, we were able to look out at the pool below and hear the ocean. Was a bit disappointed in the area rug in the living room with all of the spots and dirt, especially since I had my two grandbabies with us. But it wasn’t a problem. We rolled it up and pushed it to the side. I called the number on the rental agreement because the previous renter had obviously burned stuff in the two skillets and we wanted to cook breakfast. Within 30 minutes we had new skillet along with some pots and pans and dish towels. The unit is spacious equipped with lots of plates glasses and utensils. Only item missing from the kitchen was a pair of scissors which we bought on our grocery run so it was not a problem. The coffee maker could brew an entire pot or just a Keurig cup, which was nice in the afternoon if anybody wanted a cup of coffee,This property is beautiful! Close to Walmart, Publix, Rouses, and several restaurants. We will definitely be staying again.

Nice layout but needs a deep clean

My family was very comfortable with the space, good location, and nice property. However, and hopefully this was an unusual experience based on other reviews. I hope property owner sees this. The cleaning company didn’t finish cleaning prior to our arrival. There were dirt piles swept up, no mopping, old hair ties and razor pieces in the tub, kitchen utensils/pots/pans just thrown in cabinet with no organization. This condo could use a deep clean. The mgt company said they would send someone back to clean but never did. I found a broom and a vaccum and did spot clean, but overall not very clean. If it was clean, I would give it a 10….nice condo…just needs a deep clean.

An “okay” experience, but could easily be terrific.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for a week at this property and enjoyed our time here. First the highlights: fantastic location, proximity to the beach is second to none. Layout of the condo was great, large kitchen that was well stocked with cooking utensils and dishes/silverware. Large wet bar with ice maker was a great touch. Beds were comfortable, plenty of pillows, and the linens were very clean. We used the lazy river, slide, indoor pool, and hot tub amenities several times during our stay and it was amazing to have them for options on red flag or rainy days.Now for the few things that would really put this property over the top: housecleaning and convenience items. The floor (all tile) was pretty disgusting. We kicked off our sandals when we got inside the door, and by the time we had unpacked our bags the bottoms of our feet were black. We wore ours sandals while in the unit the rest of the week due to this. The kitchen countertops also didn’t appear to have been cleaned, as there was grit, drink rings, and food residue in several places. The showers were also in need of a thorough cleaning. We had to buy some cleaner and microfiber cloths to wipe down the counters - having these items on hand would be nice. One dish towel and dish cloth seemed minimal for a week, as did one trash bag, and one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom. If these few things are remedied, we’d happily return and recommend this property to others!

It was spacious, beautiful decor, and the kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need for the week! The views from the 4th floor are stunning! There is a storage area in the hallway with some extra beach chairs, umbrellas, etc.The only negative was it was not very clean upon our arrival. Coffee stains from a recent spill on the kitchen floor, counters, and cabinets. Overall the tile was pretty dirty throughout the condo and could use a deep clean. Also, we had to wash the spare blankets before using them because they were also dirty.Besides the minor cleanliness issues, the condo is absolutely perfect!
