Great location 10 minute walk from town

Eric and Brice were great hosts and made recommendations for things to do plus provided great hospitality. House is clean and comfortable.
Distillery downtown
Rooftop bar and historic hotel
Fourth fireworks at the park.

Super clean house with plenty of extras especially in the kitchen in case we forgot anything. It was just over half mile walk from state street. We’ve already booked our weekend to go back next year

This was a great location for going to the racetrack. Less than a 20 minute drive. Close to downtown, which we could walk to in less than 10 minutes. The neighborhood overall seemed pretty safe. We would stay again. The hosts even prepared a cobbler for us that was ready when we arrived. Check this place out!

Wonderful home away from home

The property was exactly as advertised, very clean, spacious and everything in good working order. The host was very responsive and went above and beyond in terms of being helpful. You can tell there is a great sense of pride in the neighborhood/ community here. Would definitely recommend this home for anyone looking to stay in the area.

Perfect for our family!

The Cozy Cottage was the perfect place for our stay. Sadly, we were in town for a funeral but the Cozy Cottage provided a place for our family to stay, rest, and share stories of our Mom. The “extras” were greatly appreciated. The apple pecan cobbler was a welcome treat upon arrival. I highly recommend this property! Eric, thank you!!!

Great way to spend Thanksgiving!

Had a great stay at the cozy cottage! Eric & Patrice were the ultimate hosts and were able to help us with our stay at the last minute. We had our cousins come eat Thanksgiving dinner with us, and Eric put in the table leaf and provided additional seating so we could all enjoy a meal together. Such a special visit. Their home was clean and spacious! When we come back to Bristol, we will definitely stay again!

Above and beyond!

This was absolutely best home rental stays we’ve ever had. Eric went above and beyond to make my husband and guests feel welcomed from day one. If we could give a 10 star rating we would give an 11. The home itself was impeccable and homey, a truly beautiful experience. Thank you Eric!

Beyond Exceptional!

Eric and his family went above and beyond to accommodate our family. Besides the property being absolutely perfect, they allowed us to check in early due to unforeseen circumstances. The property was centrally located in a safe and quaint location. The house was absolutely gorgeous and really showcased the history of Bristol. The beds and sofa were very comfortable. It was the perfect place to call home away from home. Thank you to Eric,Patrice and Bryce for showing us true southern hospitality. Bonus: The banana pudding cream pie was delicious

Spring in Bristol

This property was newly renovated and had a fantastic vibe with many small touches that made us feel welcome. I was with friends running a trail race on the Mendota Trail and Eric and his home were the perfect beginning and ending to our adventure. Clean, comfortable, welcoming, everything we hoped for. Access to restaurants and entertainment was an easy two minutes away with plenty of parking. Well done and many thanks Eric! We look forward to visiting again.
