Home equipment for ages 4+(floor furnace)
No unregistered guests permitted overnight
No dumping of any grease, oil, or food down the sink.
No hair Dye to be used in sinks ,shower or on property
No eating or drinking in the bedrooms, please
City ordinance Noise curfew quiet hours, from 10pm - 7 am
No loud noises
No re-arranging furniture
No Illegal substances of any sort allowed

American Bungalow is a private, full -home reservation . Hosts do not reside in the house, so guest reserve the entire house.

American Bungalow prohibits pets out of respect for our guests with allergies. We understand some guests may be travelling with pets. There is a location within blocks that does offer boarding. Countryside vet 2900 Main St

Fees:
$75 Standard cleaning fee( less than 21 days)
$150 Standard Extended stay 21 & or plus days) cleaning fee
$100 in addition to cleaning fee for excess mess/ disarray
$100 per day per person for any guests exceeding the 4-person MAX Occupancy Rate
CHECK OUT 11:00 AM. unless pre-approved by host .Late fee will apply
$100.00 for 1st hour & $50.00 every hour after.
$200 Hair dye used in 2 sinks(bathroom or kitchens) or shower
$500 Eliminating Smoke Odor
$50/cigarette butt found on property not in the provided ashtray
$250 bodily fluids cleaning
$50 for trash left inside the house
$50 Damaged or lost linens/towels per item
$50 per lost remote, TV/fan/ lighting
$500 for tampering with Security
Cameras and/ or Immediate removal of persons from property.
$500 for breaking a no-pet policy
$500 for tampering with smoke detectors/fire extinguishers
$50.00 for outdoor grill not cleaned
