As much as you may want to relax in the backyard all day, I highly recommend exploring the area. Within a half-mile radius you will find beautiful historic homes, 2 county parks and numerous local restaurants, bottle shops, and a local distillery which offers live music on the weekends. For the relaxing evenings in there is a grocery store less than a mile away and the kitchen has all of the cooking utensils you will need. Feel free to listen to a vinyl in the collection on the record player, or you can visit Gravity Records just down the road to find your own gem. Also nearby are vintage thrift stores, the Downtown Riverwalk, and Independence Mall. Of course, it would be an injustice not to mention that the beach only a 15 minute commute. This home is perfect for an entertainment packed vacation, or a peaceful home away from home. Cleanliness and comfort is our top priority.
