This was one of the nicest places we have stayed while visiting Arizona. It was well kept and like new with all the amenities you could want.What was very convenient is you could walk to many restaurants and stores as the location was excellent. I would not hesitate to stay there again in the future.

Beautiful home, perfect location, clean throughout, plenty of towels, a clean garage, gated community, plenty of space and an awesome patio overlooking the heated pool. The owners left a nice welcome gift of s’mores on the countertop as a nice surprise. I would stay here again.

Our go to place

We never hesitate to rebook for every trip we take when we visit family in Gilbert . The area and accommodations is 10 out of 10 . Highly recommended.

This property is situated in the heart of the Heritage District in downtown Gilbert. It has immediate access to a number of great restaurants and shops. The property was well kept clean and very inviting. We immediately felt at home and would stay at this property again. We can’t say enough great things about this Location!

Second time renting here. Love the location and comfort of property. The gated community feels safe and is walking distances to restaurants. Area is easy to navigate and get around.

Great unit in Downtown Heritage district of Gilbert

We just enjoyed a wonderful stay in Gilbert. This unit is in a gated townhome style community which was offered privacy and convenience to downtown Gilbert with all it has to offer with various dining options etc. We played all day and returned at night to freshen up and walk two blocks to dinner. With so many food options within blocks of the unit, we did not have to plan ahead much for meals. While we did not use the pool, it is next to the unit. Would definitely stay here again. Great weekend with with friends.

Family Wedding shenanigans

The VRBO listing of this property was accurate. Communications with the property manager with stellar. We had a problem with the iron being gunk up and ruining my husband dress shirt, and they promptly brought us another iron. There was plenty of comfortable seating. The kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of towels and extras if you needed. Laundry room was adequately stocked. The only thing I would change is blackout curtains in the bedrooms. All the outdoor lighting of the complex was very very bright . Especially Friday night when the doggy play area lights were on in addition . . It was in a great location. Though we were too busy with wedding stuff to enjoy it. The gate toggle and remote to the garage made easy entry.! If we find ourselves in the Phoenix Gilbert area again, we will definitely rebook

Great Stay for an extended weekend

We were a group of 7 and stayed for an extended weekend and could not have been happier with our choice! The house was exactly as pictured; neat, clean, and updated. There was plenty of room for everyone. It was very easy to communicate with the listing team and our information for checking in was sent early with all the necessary information. The house is located so close to town which made going out more fun and super convenient. We look forward to returning in the future.

Wonderful townhouse!

This place is beautifully decorated, clean, and so comfortable. It is in a gated community walking distance to downtown Gilbert. It’s has everything you need for a wonderful stay. (Blackout curtains in the master would be nice to add however but don’t let that stop you from staying here)

Great location, nice property, only changes I would upgrade the furniture downstairs. Also I would put darkening shades on bedroom windows as it’s hard to sleep it’s so bright.
