Rental notes: The main renter MUST be at least 25 years of age and be staying at the house with their party for the entire stay and must be willing to sign the Legal Rental Agreement. Also anyone in the party that wants to drive the LSV (low speed vehicle) must be at least 25 years of age, provide a photo of their valid Driver’s License, up to date auto insurance card and email addresses. No animals permitted, to avoid damage and severe allergy issues.
