Blue Heron by Sandpiper | Near Beach

Expansive water views, incredible sunsets, a community dock, and a private villa complex pool await you at this completely renovated, modern two-bedroom villa that comfortably sleeps up to six guests. Located in its own gated area, this corner-unit villa is tucked away under a canopy of live oaks in its private Seabrook Island community of forty units. With shiplap ceilings, custom doors and cabinetry, all new flooring, and designer furnishings, great thought has been put into the design and decor of this coastal oasis.

Upon entering this first-floor villa, guests will find abundant natural light with views of the marsh, shrimping boats, and some of the most incredible Lowcountry waterfront sunsets. The open living space features a fully stocked kitchen with quartz countertops, new appliances, and an abundance of serveware for your dining needs. A dining table with server and six chairs makes for a great breakfast or dinner spot. An outdoor balcony complete with two Adirondack chairs is located just off the dining area.

Off the kitchen entrance is the living room, furnished with comfortable, modern seating, an extra-large smart TV, and a sofa sleeper that provides additional sleeping accommodations for two guests. A second balcony with seating and water views is also accessible from the living area, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy the scenery.

The master bedroom features a king bed with a brand-new mattress, ample fluffy pillows, new bedding, a large-screen TV, closet space, and a desk area. The ensuite bath offers a spacious shower, vanity, and toilet.

The guest bedroom includes two twin beds, a dresser, closet, bench, chair, and modern accents. The guest bathroom offers a large vanity, a tub/shower combo, and a toilet.

A washer/dryer is located off the hallway.

LINENS, TOWELS, & STARTER-KIT OF SUPPLIES: Included in this rental, for the convenience of our guests, are comfortable linens and a selection of bath and hand towels, as well as washcloths. A starter set of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, toilet tissue, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are included. Beach towels are not included (although towel service is available at the Beach Club.)

WASHER & DRYER: A washer and dryer are located in the unit for your convenience. Should you require wash n fold service, please let us know.

AMENITY CARDS: Amenity cards offer exclusive access to the Seabrook Island beach club, dining club, tennis and award winning golf. Without this card, access is prohibited. The cards are $50 per day per family. Guests also have complimentary access to the uncrowded and private beaches, equestrian center, and the outdoor Lakehouse pool. The fitness center is accessible for a daily fee of $16 per guest. Whether you are fishing, crabbing, biking, kayaking, or shopping, there is something for everyone.

CAR PASSES: This property is limited to passes for 2 vehicles per stay. As of January 2023, the island is assessing a car pass fee of $45 per guest vehicle. This fee will be assessed to the renter. PROPERTY ALLOWED 2 GATE PASSES

ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As the island is a gated, private island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access.

CHECK IN: We offer as much assistance with check-in process as needed. Our office is available to answer questions. Our team can provide self check-in instructions for your convenience, or we can arrange for someone to meet you at the door if you prefer. If you need anything at all, we can be reached via text or phone and our office and team of staff are located on the island most all of the time.

CONTINUOUS MANAGEMENT & SERVICE: This property is proudly managed by Sandpiper. We are located on the island, are licensed, insured, and family operated. Our standard for your stay is what we would want and expect for our own vacation. We offer guests continuous, attentive service during the reservation process and throughout your time here. From the moment you book with us, in planning and preparing for your arrival, throughout your stay with us, and even after checking out and sharing your experience with us, we remain committed to your vacation experience and are here at any time to answer any questions that arise or concerns you have. We want you to have a relaxing, safe, and memorable trip.

CLEANING: We do not clean to make our properties appear clean. We really clean well. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. We have a reputation for thoroughness and attention to detail. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of germs.

THE AREA: Guests will find that the area offers so much to do. With vast, uncrowded beaches, an array of recreational offerings, and the historic city of Charleston just 21 miles away, an adventure awaits you daily.

IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and / or monies paid by the traveler. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler's group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.

CANCELLATION POLICY: For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, cancellations are free.
For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, ALL monies are forfeited.

LONG-TERM RENTALS: This property is open to winter monthly rentals and long-term rentals. Please contact us for discounted monthly rental rates.

PET POLICY: This property welcomes your dog with our prior approval. There is a non-refundable pet-fee of $200 per pet stay.

DAMAGE PROTECTION INSURANCE: In understanding that accidents may happen, all Guests must pay a non-refundable fee of $69 for $1500 coverage in Damage Protection Insurance.

POLICY ON SMOKING: Violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages.

We loved sitting on the screened in deck and watching sunsets from the dock! We saw several dolphins while we were sitting out there, too! The home was clean and well equipped with everything you could need! We have stayed on Seabrook numerous times, and this was one of our favorite places! We will be back!

We are 2 Seniors and a 15lb furbaby. We loved the condo. Back porch was screened in and great place to enjoy morning coffee and watch the birds in the marsh. Master bath shower was awesome!! Place was extremely clean and kitchen was well stocked. Condo was on 1st floor as requested. Only down side was that we are old and there was about 6 steps to get to front door. Once we got inside everything was wonderful. We didn't want to leave and we will be back. Host was very quick to respond to all our questions. Thanks for a wonderful 2 weeks of relaxation!!

Perfect girls getaway!

We’re so appreciated that the property was welcoming to our pup. The unit was clean and comfortable and the marsh view was just what we were hoping for. The property manager worked very hard to resolve a couple of things beyond their control with a leak from the upstairs unit. This is a first floor unit so we had to adjust to a bit of noise above us but we loved the area and will be back again next year!

This condo is nicely renovated and stocked, and as a bonus, has beautiful marsh views and a screened porch. Also easily accessible to Kiawah and Johns Island. Would definitively stay there again.

Everything about this place was great! Great location, quiet & very clean. A lot of things are updated- from the bathroom to the kitchen. The beds are pretty comfortable. The space was perfect for our family. The hosts were flexible with our check out after having had rain delays from a tennis tournament that we were attending. I would not change a thing about this place or our stay (other than the weather). We definitely will come back again and highly recommend it to others.

Great Place To Stay!

We visited Seabrook Island for my sister’s birthday. The condo was SO clean and looked exactly as represented. The kitchen was well stocked. We cooked every meal there and everything we needed to cook was in the kitchen. The linens and bedding were very clean and of good quality. The management company was very responsive with me and answered any questions I had promptly. The property was beautiful with access to several beaches just a couple of miles away. The pool was very clean and nice as well. Overall we loved the stay and would come again.

The Perfect Getaway

This was the perfect getaway! The entire place was spotless and the features were amazing. The place was recently redone including the kitchen and bathrooms. The instructions for how to get to the condo were clear and allowed for a smooth check-in. The location was great, close to beaches and all the joys of Seabrook Island. We will definitely be back next year!

Roseneath House was absolutely perfect for my sister's Hen Do. Paul has thought of everything in the house, the kitchen was incredibly well-equipped, the house was stunning and it was fabulous to have so many communal spaces both indoors and outdoors. The disco room was perfect for late night karaoke and the house was well sound-proofed according to those who went to bed early! We couldn't have hoped for a better place to host a hen do and all the ladies loved the house! We took a minibus to Bristol and would recommend Avon Minibuses for large groups.

Oh the view!!!!

So nice to have so many different grasses, waters, animals, birds to look at right beneath you with the marsh so close….. you really feel like you’re part of the marsh. It’s a little involved getting to the beach but that too is worth it. So many different things to see and do (Freshfields, rent bikes, etc). Unit is a little small but well laid out and clean. Highly recommend.

Beautiful location, nice off-the-beaten-path kinda place. If stairs are a problem for you this may not work, especially with heavy luggage as there are 6-8 stairs to get inside with all your stuff. But the place is gorgeous, photos do not really do it justice, the views, the perfectly appointed kitchen ALL were better than expected. We will be going back!
