Enjoy your stay at the Pines on Lake Ann! Beautiful lake views off the private deck. Enjoy sunrises and sunsets. Close to golf courses and hiking trails. Only 15 to 20 minutes to Bentonville and Rogers.
The space
This newly remodeled getaway is perfect for couples. Entire lower level with separate entrance. Plenty of room to spread out, but still cozy. Full kitchen in the efficiency/second bedroom and a sports bar in the main area. Huge master suite has a king sized bed with view of Lake Ann. French doors off the main room open to a spacious deck with another view of the lake. Spend your day hiking or golfing and end the day with a barbecue. Traeger and propane grill included. The efficiency with full kitchen and 2 twin beds or a king bed set up can be rented separately. See Listing, The Pines at Lake Ann Studio. Note: There is no hot tub or swimming on the premises.
Guest access
Upon arriving there is a 2 car parking pad where guests can park. To the right of the home, stairs lead down to the lower deck entrance.

Great getaway

Great getaway with everything you need to relax. Plenty of space for our group and even the added bonus of a great view! We enjoyed sitting on the porch each morning with a hot cup of coffee. The location is great because we were close to hiking trails and other amenities as needed.

amazingly restful

Lots of windows overlooking serene lake. Space beautifully furnished and efficiently used--layout open and fun. Loved touches like ability to play vinyl albums, a deck hammock, large counters for preparing food and talking with family, and soft wall colors. Can't wait to stay again!

Fabulous stay, beginning to end!

Michelle is a gem to work with, and left no detail untouched for our stay at The Pines. Every part of the Master Suite is spacious, beautifully furnished with breathtaking view of the lake and woods. So relaxing and peaceful. Far exceeds expectations for having all the comforts of home in a vacay stay. Highly recommend both her as a host and The Pines as a lovely stay!

Best place EVER!!!! Perfect pre and post wedding at Cooper Chapel

Had an absolute PERFECT stay. Setup was perfect for wedding at Mildred Cooper Chapel just a few minutes away. We could stay separated and not see each other before the wedding with the two separate entrances and kitchens. Home was gorgeous and the view was so peaceful and just perfect. Host was so kind and sweet and excellent communication. Hope to come back many more times!!!

Beautiful Getaway

The owners were great and very responsive. This listing was better than the pictures! Would be an amazing getaway for a couple. Our group (4 middle aged ladies) was in town for a conference in Bentonville - a short drive away. There is a small grocery store not far away if you forget any supplies. Two great kitchen areas with plates, glasses, silverware, refrigerator and drip coffee makers. Laundry room and two full bathrooms. Really everything you need! We will definitely book this property again next time we are in town.

WOW...great place, great accommodations, great views, great hosts, great sunsets, great deck...hated to leave but alas all good things have to end. If temps had been a bit warmer could have easily just spent all our time on the deck. Hosts readily available, communicated exceptionally, know value of providing world class customer service. Highly recommend this location for one nite stays to month long stay. Rest, relax, recharge...you cant go wrong here...Tim n Tammy
