Beautiful mountain retreat 3 bed 3 bath plus loft town home in a very desirable location with easy access to the airport, downtown and Snow Bowl.

Aria Fresca was a concept born for this property and provides a wonderful and quiet getaway in stunning Flagstaff, Arizona - each season has something unique to offer.

This town-home is still considered new, just being built in 2016. We have spent time decorating it and supplying it with the kinds of furnishings and amenities we look for when traveling to various vacation rentals with our family. There are 10 sleeping positions in the house (which includes the pull-out on the loft.

It’s located in the beautiful and quiet Pinnacle Pines community, just a few miles from Downtown Flagstaff and NAU. About 20 minutes gets you to the Snowbowl Ski Resort, 45 minutes to Sedona, and 1 ½ hours to the Grand Canyon. This is a perfect vacation rental for couples getting away or traveling together with families/ kids.

The family room, dining area, and kitchen are all very open and airy, providing an ideal environment for spending time with family and friends.  There is a deck off the kitchen with a propane grill. We have included a smoker box and smoking chips for the chef in the group.

We have provided a large flat-screen with Apple TV, Disney+, Netflix and many other apps so you can login and watch what you want while you lounge on the large sectional.

The kitchen is well-appointed with modern finishes. We have done our best to outfit the kitchen with all the things we hope to find when traveling... not just pots and pans, but spices, oils, flour, baking supplies, dishes and silverware for 12+. We have a coffee maker, Keurig (we supply a starter pack of coffees), and a French press, as well as half and half... so that your first stop in the morning can be the kitchen and not the grocery store.

Complete with a two car garage, this home is centrally located, and the perfect place to call home while exploring the magnificence of Northern Arizona year round!

We supply freshly cleaned linens, bedding, and towels for all our guests. We also supply paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish, dishwasher, hand soap, q-tips, garage remotes, shampoos and shower soaps and much more.

Pets are not permitted. 

There is a maximum of 4 cars allowed. 2 on the driveway, and 2 in the garage. Unfortunately, street parking is unavailable.
