Welcome to Krymwood Flats!
We want everyone to have a comfortable place to stay. Our digital check-in and the ability to manage your booking remotely means you will not need to interact with anyone in person. Our Hotel-grade cleaning team has been trained and certified in proper disinfection techniques and will deep clean your unit before and after your stay. Krymwood Flats offer affordable, fully furnished studios, Flats and one bedrooms in the heart of the Wynwood design district. We literally just around the corner from everything!
We welcome vacation rentals, corporate travelers, temporary stay & longterm housing.
✔A registration form needs to fill out before receiving a self-check-in instruction.
✔You must be 21 to rent this room. Only the person's name on the booking will be allowed to check-in.

● Our building is classic, which is a polite way to say that it’s a little old. It’s clean and well maintained but does have some age-related wear.
● THIN WALLS: Being an older building, some sound transmission is inevitable.
● Noise - Our building is in the heart of Wynwood and all the action, art and fun that comes with it. From time to time it can be nosier than a home in the suburbs. Consider it the same as staying in any large city.
● Please note that parties, smoking and illegal substances are not permitted and subject to a fine of $250, we require you to report any missing or damaged items within the first 24 hours of your stay.
● There are security cameras on the exterior spaces of the building.
