Welcome to Pressure Drop! Closer to the beach access than many semi-oceanfront homes…only 75 steps to the private beach access! Our guests enjoy an open, bright, and cheerful great room and kitchen, as well as a variety of indoor and outdoor spaces to relax.
Multiple levels of decking showcase ocean views to the east and sunsets to the west. The house boasts a new 15x35 pool (heating is available) with a full-width splash and lounge pad, and a spacious pool deck that includes a new hot tub. Many new upgrades include dual tankless water heaters, individual temperature controls for the three new bedrooms, a new upstairs refrigerator, high-speed Wi-Fi with a mesh router system, and a spacious outdoor shower. Once you walk into the home, you'll discover it is well-decorated, well-cared for, and with pride of ownership throughout.
Top level: Kitchen with appliances, plenty of seating for everyone to sit around for a big family dinner. Living room with a large comfortable couch, where you can have a fantastic view of sunrises. Screened Porch where you can gather and enjoy meals outside. 2 King Bedrooms, each with an en-suite full bathroom.
Middle level: Walk-up entryway into the house. King Bedroom with a full bathroom attached. 1 full and 1 twin bed, with a shared bathroom between the pyramid and bunk bed set rooms. Queen bedroom with a full bathroom attached.
Bottom level: Sitting room with 65” TV, pull-out couch, high-top table, and wet bar with a full-size refrigerator/freezer. Queen Bedroom with a full bathroom. Outdoor shower. Access to the carport and pool area.
Conveniently located in Ocean Sands South, a community with large lots and comfortable spacing between houses. Looking to escape the crowds? Pressure Drop is on a quiet cul-de-sac without the through traffic, parking lots, and crowded beaches found in other communities. All of our homes are equipped with wifi. However, due to the nature of our area, we cannot guarantee the internet will always be functioning, as the Outer Banks can experience outages from time to time. We strongly advise that guests bring their hotspots or other cell phone service devices to provide internet access, especially if they need it for work or school. Shoreline OBX and our homeowners are not responsible for any internet interruptions.
