Enjoy the 180 degree view of the Hiwassee River, dock, & plenty of parking in the driveway, plus the separate drive for RV & boat storage! Inside, open kitchen with the most massive farmhouse dining table you've seen! From here, looking into the sunroom with wrap around windows taking in the fabulous lake views & crisp fall air from the decks! Downstairs, is a den with full bath/laundry room. Out back, is a concrete patio across the entire back, deck with hot tub, outdoor shower, & fenced pool

The location is beautiful. We had plenty of room and enjoyed playing games as a family. We enjoyed the ping pong table. The internet was good.As it was late November, we didn’t use the pool. Your survey is flawed because it forces a rating.

This is our second time here. Very cozy comfortable house with a beautiful view, great pool, and hot tub. The WiFi is surprisingly great as well. 5/5 stars easily.

Vacation

My family and I stayed at this property two years in a row. We loved it this year as much as last. Any question or issue that arose, Laura, was quick to help and get it resolved. I truly miss waking up to that view of the lake and pool every morning!

Family Vacation

We had a great time and enjoyed our stay. Everything is as pictured, except there is no umbrella or shade at the pool, but we brought a canopy so it was all good. I highly suggest to drive to B&B Marina and eat at the Pavilion the food is amazing! We can’t wait to rebook another stay in the future.

Spring break!

We enjoyed so much about the property. The huge table & island were for meals, puzzles & card games for a big group. The hot tub was a toasty delight for the cooler nights of spring break. The huge couch over looking the river was so comfy and the windows made the perfect frame for the evening sky. The drive to the property was beautiful this time of year with the red buds & dogwoods in bloom. The idea of summer with the pool & higher level of the river for fishing off the dock has us wanting to come back for another stay. Thank you for sharing your property with us!

Great view

House was spacious and inside had newer appliances and bedrooms were great! Quite a few cobwebs though outside around tables and furniture outside Pool was great but pool chairs are all broke But had a great stay overall

Great Family Getaway!

My family and I just got back from spending 4 nights at this beautiful home. We absolutely loved it. The house was so nice and clean. The pool and private dock was awesome. The hosts were amazing. They were kind and quickly answered any questions we had. We hated to leave and can’t wait to stay here again in the future!

Beautiful home, amazing river views, excellent amenities

Our family reunion had an awesome time! The home is decorated beautifully, loaded with amenities, beds are awesome, pool was so nice and deep, the best part was the dock and the wide river views, we all enjoyed fishing and everyone caught a variety of fish, there are 2 bait shops within 1 mile, forgot a few things but Walmart was 20 minutes away, property management was super responsive to a few minor items, only thing that felt weird were the Ring cameras watching us, we've never experienced that before, we all plan to come back next year and make it an annual event.

Perfect

Exactly what we needed. Everything was awesome! I wish the weather had been better, but there was still plenty of space for us to relax and hang out inside when we were home on the rainy days! Hope to come back again soon!

Long weekend

We truly enjoyed our stay. The property is gorgeous! The house was clean. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, appliances and some basics. The neighborhood is quiet. Overall it was a great experience. Cell service was limited, but the WiFi worked for all our needs. The pool is not heated, but was plenty warm for our early June stay. The kayaks and table umbrella were in a locked area and not usable. We couldn’t access any closets to hang clothes, which required some ingenuity for us as we were in thek area to attend a wedding. Would definitely return to this property.

We want to come back!

The views were breathtakingly spectacular. The house was spotless. We rented a boat from B&B marina and docked it at the house. Suggested improvements - have one place to hang up clothes. I brought a nice dress. Also, leave a message on how to turn off the oven.
