Come experience a stay at "Low Tide", the newly renovated (2024) beautiful 4-bedroom & 2 bathroom home conveniently located a few blocks from the beach. This unique property is in the perfect location with just steps separating you from the white sand and emerald colored waters of the World's Most Beautiful Beaches. The home has been fully remodeled over the past year (new floors, kitchen cabinets, quartz countertops, HVAC, roof, and a fresh coat of paint on the interior and exterior).
As you pull into "Low Tide", you are welcomed by a darling front driveway (with an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand from the beach). Stepping into the home, you enter into an open-concept floor plan with a large dining area next to a spacious living room/kitchen area which is perfect for all types of entertaining. The living room has a large sectional couch with plenty of space. The dining room seats up to 10, perfect for gathering around at breakfast or meals. Directly off of the family/living area is a conveniently located full bathroom.
All rooms are on the same floor (no stairs). You will find a large king master bedroom with a large private ensuite master bathroom with a walk-in shower, closet, and vanity with backlit LED lighting. Steps from the master suite, you find a spacious laundry room equipped with a full-size washer/dryer stackable unit.
You will find 3 more guest bedrooms (the home has 4 total bedrooms). "The Bunkroom' (bedroom #2) is a sweet characteristic of this home. There are 4 twin bunk beds in this room and a 4 person arcade game. There is plenty of space for everyone to get their own space. The kids will love this room! The room will be a hit with them. Bedroom #3 has a comfy queen bed with a nice closet. Bedroom #4 has a relaxing queen bed with a good sized closet.
Low Tide is 2 blocks from the beach (about a 5-10 minute walk). All bedrooms have a flat screen TV mounted on the walls. Wifi is included but no cable TV. Bring your own streaming subscriptions.

I grew up going to the Atlantic and Pacific oceans. After visiting the Gulf for the first time within 6 months I purchased my first home. I LOVE the white sandy beaches, warm weather, and beachy vibe. You and your family will have a fantastic vacation and want to come back year after year.

The home is totally renovated and can accomodate up to 10 people staying there. The location is fantastic too because it is a short walk to the beach and a great location for shopping, restaurants, and the grocery store.

The bunk room is equipped with its very own arcade that the kids will love and the parents will enjoy the quiet time while the kids are gaming. 4 kids can sleep comfortable in this room.
