Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Property located between Greensboro and Winston Salem. 13 Mins from PTI Airport. 4 Mins from Triad Park. 14 Mins from Greensboro Coliseum. 24 Mins from Lawrence Joel Veterans Memorial Coliseum. 16 Mins from High Point University. 15 Mins from University of North Carolina.

For bookings longer than 30 days, we will collect a $1,200 refundable security deposit. Smoking inside of the home is prohibited. Failure to obey the rules will result in a $500.00 fine.
House rules are in place to ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay. Please take note of the house rules before booking the home. Failure to observe these rules can/will result in additional charges. Our homes are inspected after each stay.

DAMAGES:
There will be a temporary hold on your credit card for $200.00. This is a fully refundable deposit and will automatically be released back to your card 5 days after check out, provided there is not damage to the property. If you find any damage to the property during the check in process, please report it to the host immediately and provide pictures.

PARTIES:
Parties are not allowed at this property. Out of respect for our neighbors, we request noise be kept at a minimum between the hours of 11:00pm-8:00am.

SMOKING/VAPING:
Smoking and vaping inside the home is strictly prohibited. Failure to abide by these rules can/will result in fine.

PETS:
Please DO NOT allow pets on beds. Put a blanket down before allowing them on the furniture. Please contact your host if you are traveling with more than one pet, as additional charges will apply. Inform the host of how many pets and the breed. Due to allergy concerns, cats are not allowed.

I think the only thing I would suggest is offering some sort of toiletries. We didn’t travel with any shampoo, body soap or things like this and we needed to run and get some which was inconvenient. If you don’t furnish at least mention in the listing. Thank you

Football weekend

Wanted something close to the football tournament that my team was playing in. We found this beautiful home that fit us perfectly. Me and a few coaches had plenty of space for our gear and the most important part, relaxation and decompressing from the hot sun and games played. House is located nearly 5-10 min away from anything you may need and attractions at High Point. Nice propane grill around the back that we didn’t get a chance to use. But will be on our next visit. Also the property manager for this property contact responds within seconds.

Country house

East highway access. Quaint. Quiet. Perfect for our needs. Very responsive owner was quick to act when property wasn’t cleaned upon our arrival. Quickly remedied. No complaints.

Clean house but not enough places to eat for total guests possible, grill not present as described, communication VERY slow, fencing not sound and dogs could get out.

White House near industrial areas

Definitely not a gem. The house is located between two industrial areas which can be heard easily from the property. House was abnormally moist, the towels wouldn’t dry, had to change them and use washing machine daily. Towel racks were loose and one completely fell apart on morning of checkout. Pillows were flat and master bed super uncomfortable. Shower door would slide and not stay closed, had to hold it closed while my children showered to avoid water on the floor. The icing for us was the burn charge made to my CC for a blanket which didn’t occur during our stay. Note to self, inspect every single item to include blankets and bedding upon arrival to avoid erroneous blame of damages which automatically get charged. I had to ask for a picture, and they still can’t even tell me which room the blanket came out of, and the picture could be of any blanket anywhere. Not a repeat location for us.

Clean and close to HPU

We moved our daughter in for senior year at Highpoint University and this was located about 15 minutes away. It was clean. It was comfortable. The beds are amazing, we slept great! The owner was excellent with communication.

As advertised and met our needs

Likes: decorator did great, looks just like the pictures. The office space was great. Rooms had great storage, bedding, blankets and comfy beds. Property was convenient off the interstate. The overall layout was effective. Ample supplies in the kitchen. TVs in every room was great. Dislikes: we had a package delivered a few hours prior to our arrival and it wasn’t there when we arrived. I messaged the host asking if they brought it in somewhere but it took 2 days to get a response. We luckily found it at the top of the laundry room shelf the next day. It is in an industrial area so you can hear noise during the week. Not disruptive but you know it’s there. There were also sugar ants. I get they happen but prior notice, even a note inside would have been helpful so we can help before finding them all over our food packages and crawling on me. There was ant spray there luckily so once we doused everything and it slowed. There were random clothes in the master closet top shelf and random clothes in the drawers in the master. And a trash bag left on the back porch. And finally some other issues I had were more on the poor craftsmanship but I had to keep reminding myself that I’m not buying the house and the review should focus on function. Of those, the impactful were the unbalanced fridge, and the master shower head needs to be changed as it sprays you / outside the shower when you go to turn it on. Overall I would still recommend.

Cute house close to WSNC

This home was perfect for our family of two adults and two teens. It was nice for everyone to have their own space, but also a nice living room/open concept kitchen for everyone to be together. The check-in and check-out processes were super easy. This home is easy to find right off the interstate and an easy drive to Greensboro or Winston-Salem, and there are gas stations and grocery and restaurants not far away. We were in town visiting family and I will definitely be checking this place out for future rentals when we return.

Super comfortable Christmas

My siblings/spouses stayed in this wonderful house while visiting our parents for Christmas. The home was super clean and extremely comfortable. The layout was perfect with three separated bedrooms and two baths. We prepared food for Christmas in the modern kitchen and watched a movie in the cozy living area. The area is mixed residential/industrial, and I felt comfortable walking my small dog on the road (very little traffic with a somewhat rural feel). The owner was very responsive to communication. We would definitely book this house again.

Cute house

This cozy little cottage was perfect for our needs! We needed a place to stay at a weeks time and didn’t want to stay in a hotel. This was much better! The communication was excellent! Anything we had questions about was promptly answered. We will definitely seek out this property the next time we have a work week in NC!
