Bright Dreamy Cottage-Walkable to Water & Downtown
Experience the best of Beaufort in this charming, newly built 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. This is the perfect space to call home during your Beaufort vacation. You will love both the front and back porches and stylish indoor spaces, soaked in natural light. Only 4 blocks from the water and less than a mile to the Bay Street shopping and dining district and waterfront park, this is the ideal spot to get away and enjoy some sun, rest and relaxation.
Custom designed 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom coastal cottage with quintessential front and back porches with porch swings and designer finishes throughout. Only minutes from downtown Beaufort, Bay Street, and the historic waterfront park.
We offer a complimentary SC state park pass including entry to Huntington Beach. We also have beach essentials like chairs, a cooler, and umbrella! Our home is located on quiet side road that is within walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, a Pilates studio, and downtown. Port Royal is the closest beach, but our favorite is Hunting Island which is about 20-30 minutes away depending on traffic. We are 45 minutes from Hilton Head and 1.5 hours from Charleston.
Main floor:
- Master bedroom with a king bed, large closet, and en suite bathroom with his and her vanity and large walk in shower
- Queen bedroom
- 3rd bedroom with a comfy twin daybed and desk for working from home (if you must!) and additional trundle twin mattress for an extra sleeping spot
- Living room with sectional sofa and smart TV
- Large, fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials
- Dining table with seating for 4+
- Laundry room with washer & dryer
Outside:
- Front porch with porch swing
- Screened in back porch with seating and porch swing
- Fully fenced in backyard for your kids and/or pup(s) to run around!
- Solo stove fire pit
- Weber charcoal grill
- Patio furniture
- Driveway that can accommodate 2-3 cars
The living room opens onto the rear screened porch with a hanging daybed swing, the ideal setup for your morning coffee and/or evening cocktails.
Crib (please bring your own sheets) and high chair are available if you`re traveling with kids!
You have access to all parts of our home with the exception of one supply closet in the office.
We`re happy to help with suggestions for places to go, but we will never be overbearing.
While we strive to minimize guest disturbances, we regularly maintain our home and may conduct lawn care during reservations, particularly on weekdays or during longer stays.
Our home is located on quiet side road that is within walking distance to a Pilates studio, coffee shops, restaurants and downtown. Port Royal is the closest beach, but our favorite is Hunting Island Beach which is about 20-30 minutes away depending on traffic. We are 45 minutes from Hilton Head and 1.5 hours from Charleston.
We do offer a military/military families discount - send us a message when inquiring about your dates!
Taxi service and Ubers are available, but having a personal vehicle is recommended if you wish to see all the attractions that the area has to offer!
We are dog friendly and require a non-refundable $125 dog fee, per dog (2 dogs, max). This does not cover any damage or waste pickup and all dogs must be house trained. If you are bringing your pup along, we must know at the time of booking and prior to your arrival. Please note that we do not allow cats due to guest allergies.
Please remember this is our home so treat it like you would a friend`s home and we will do our best to make you feel like you`re a friend staying with us!
Our house is located close to downtown in an up and coming area. Our neighbors are wonderful and welcoming, and we of course ask that you treat them with the utmost respect. We are on a quiet road off of main Bay St.
We have installed exterior only security cameras for the safety of both guest and property. These cameras are actively recording both audio and video outside all entrances and side doors. Any tampering with cameras, including, but not limited to covering and otherwise disabling of these cameras are grounds for early termination of reservation with no refunds whatsoever.
Please note that any refunds made in accordance with our cancellation policy will be less any credit card fees.
