Cabana Club 301 is one of the best one-bedroom condos on the beach in the panhandle of Florida. Why? It's in Destin. It's in quiet Crystal Beach. It's in Cabana Club, which boasts one of the largest one-bedroom floor plans in Destin. It's oceanfront with a private beach. It's an end unit so it is bigger, and it is even quieter since there's no guest traffic past the condo. The interior has an open concept space, with plenty of natural light and a warm color scheme. And since it is a corner unit, the ocean views both East and South are spectacular.

Cabana Club 301 sleeps 6 and was renovated with the customer in mind. This must be why we generate so many repeat customers, who sometimes come back 2 or 3 times a year. It's our reward to have great guests who love our condo and our private beach as much as we do. Cabana Club 301 is located on the 3rd floor, east end of the building for gorgeous sunrise and ocean views. Its 1100 sq. ft. of living space and private balcony makes it one of the largest one-bedroom condos in Destin. As you enter, you are greeted by art in the Hall Gallery by Keith Andry, an accomplished watercolorist, juror and instructor from Baton Rouge, LA.

Porcelain tile floors throughout that look like hardwood add warmth to the unit while being clean and practical. The first door on your left is the large bedroom. A custom made Seahorse king-sized bed with new mattress promises a great night's rest. A 32-inch TV is located on the wall for the night owls. Between the bedroom and kitchen is a Jack and Jill style bathroom with two separate toilet sink areas, an amazing huge walk-in shower with 3 shower heads plus jets, and a dressing area. The open concept space is next with fully-stocked kitchen, refrigerator with filtered water and ice cubes, bar with 4 bar stools; dining area with round table for 4 that expands for 6; living space with 2 sleeper sofas (1 queen and 1 full), 2 swivel recliners and a huge 55-inch TV with all the sports channels. But what catches your eye first is the main focal point in the room…the Gulf of Mexico and its emerald waters. It's a double take every time. Free Wi-Fi and washer/dryer are also included. The 2-ton A/C provides ample cold air for the hot summer days; it's not regulated so you can choose your own temperature. Just make sure the balcony doors are closed so the A/C won't quit during your stay.

On the balcony are chairs for outside morning coffee and tables for lunch with first class views. Watch closely, dolphins are always out entertaining. Two rockers on the balcony make it easy to enjoy the view and ocean sounds without even leaving the condo. As you go through the condo you will notice our Seahorse theme throughout in art and furnishings.
