Yes, the kitchen was fully stocked with all essential items a number of additional items that are good to have that you don't think about bringing with you on vacation. Loved the kitchen!

We had the absolute best stay! It truly had everything we could have possibly needed and more. From the comfortable setup to all the thoughtful details, you can tell a lot of care went into making it feel like a home away from home.Everything was clean, well-stocked, and so inviting. It made our trip completely stress-free and allowed us to just relax and enjoy our time together. We made so many great memories here and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.We would absolutely come back again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect beach getaway!

We really enjoyed staying at A-Lil-Tipsy. It had everything you need for a great time. It’s with in 3 minute walk to the beach. Great location.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Have stayed at this property multiple times and the house and grounds are always great. The floor plan and general flow of the house is fantastic, ample space and accommodations to cover all aspects of our stay. House is as advertised and is well maintained and clean. Had one minor issue and it was addressed immediately and resolved promptly and professionally with a few hours. Would highly recommend this property to family and friends. We will be back again next year.

It was a beautiful home. It was clean. The beds were comfortable. It was everything you could ask for. The dryer is really loud. I didn’t understand check-in at first. The lady that I dealt with was very nice but the lady beside her in the front was slightly rude with me for asking could I buy another bag for my older son who was traveling with us. Besides from that, it was wonderful.

This house had everything you need for a great beach vacation. Many amenities were already included. Toys and games for kids and adults. Large area for entertainment, cooking and relaxing. Within walking distance to the beach.

Wonderful time.

Our stay was wonderful! The house fit all my family’s needs of what we were looking for. Very nice and relaxing weekend. Lots of space for everyone to enjoy and relax. Close to the beach and lots of fun things to do with the kids. They loved playing ping pong, connect four and Jinga. The outside was perfect for our little ones to play outside and have tons of fun. Inside was wonderful as well. We had such a wonderful time.

Most places feel small with 9 people (7 kids) but not here! It was clean and beautifully set up. Definitely recommend checking this place out.

Great Getaway

This property was fantastic. We enjoyed having plenty of space to spread out and 4 bathrooms, so that each family there had one of their own. We loved all of the game options, the downstairs games/activities, and the stocked kitchen! It would be great to add to the listing that you will need to make your own bed upon arrival. I've never stayed in a VRBO where you had to make the beds upon arrival, this is usually a luxury that I enjoy when vacationing. This is also advertised as a 4 bedroom, when the bunk room is actually not a bedroom, It would be beneficial to add doors to that bunk room to make it an actual four bedroom.
