Private Entrance One Bed/Bath Space

We have a 1 bed/bath space for rent you will enter through the garage - there is no house access unless specifically arranged but please ask if you would laundry or need a specific kitchen item.

Our home is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood backing up to the Northaven trail & central to everything Dallas has to offer.

It is equipped with a Coffee Maker, microwave, dishware and utensils, full table/chairs & large capacity mini frige. Features new carpet & huge shower.

There is one queen size bed, One kitchen table
Guest access
You will enter through the garage with a code and have access to your room and bathroom. It is separate from the rest of the house.

Due to allergies in the family we are unfortunately not able to accommodate hosting guests who utilize service animals at this property

Also we often up earlier! Although this space is "separate" it is close to our main living area and kitchen so if we are up early it is possible you will hear us grabbing coffee and hanging out in our living spaces if you are a light sleeper!
