This is a smoke/vape free, event/party free and pet free home. This will be a $800 charge per violation and immediate eviction with no refund of unused nights.

THE SPACE. •**The laundry room is now available for all bookings! Must provide your own detergent and dryer sheets. HE liquid detergent only!
The Rooms:
• Office space for 2 people to work in with multiple outlets and USD plug ins. Office also has two double doors that can close to create privacy if needed.

• Living Room + Kitchen open floor plan for creating a family space to hang out and enjoy. This space has
- a sectional couch for 6-8 persons;
- 70” Smart TV with sound bar;
- Electric fireplace;
- Dining Table for 6
- Fully equipped kitchen (pots, pans, utensils, plates, bowels, blender, Keurig with complimentary K-cups and creamers, drinking glasses, wine glasses, hot teas, air fryer, baking sheets and pans, indoor grill, crockpot and more!)
- All kitchen appliances are electric.
- Half Bathroom next to the office

• Bedrooms: Note: all bedrooms are located upstairs!
- Bedroom 1: Master Bedroom with King Bed, 60” Smart TV and En-Suite Bathroom
- Bedroom 2: Guest Bedroom with Queen Bed and 43” Smart TV
- Bedroom 3: Guest Bedroom with Queen Bed, Reading/TV Nook and 43” Smart TV
- Bedroom 4: Guest Bedroom with Queen Bed and 43” Smart TV

• There is a second full bathroom upstairs for bedrooms 2, 3 and 4.

• Body Wash, Shampoo, Conditioner and Hand Soap is provided in all full bathrooms.
- All bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet tissue. You will be responsible for purchasing more on your own.
- Both Full Bathrooms will be equipped with towels and wash cloths based on the number of guests on the reservation.

Guest access
Guest will have access via a door code.

Other things to note
Parking: we would prefer that you do not park on the street. If you need to, do not block the neighbors driveways.

Trash: you will be provided a trash can with 2 trash bags in the kitchen and a trash can in each bathroom. Please remove your trash and place it in the large black trash can located in front of the house.

Dishes: Please rinse all dirty dishes and place in the dishwasher.
Please do not put dirty dishes back in the cabinets.

Wi-Fi: the wifi name and password are located on the tv stand in the living room.

Our neighborhood is a small, quiet family neighborhood. We all pretty much know each other. We ask that you be respectful to surrounding neighbors.
