The owner of this attached apartment has lived in this quiet neighborhood for over 35 years. A Phoenix native, he built the attachment in 2022 to share the bright, southern, light and beautiful, desert weather with other in-state and visiting guests.
His favorite features about this apartment are the excellent spatial accommodations for guests, full amenities, and wall to wall windows to provide bright light during the day and plantation shutters for privacy in the night.
In his own travel endeavors, the owner appreciates properties that encourage economical travel by being self-contained with the inclusion of full-functioning spaces and appliances. He brought that same commitment to this property to accommodate travelers like himself.
