It was a nice property with a pool and grill which we appreciated. The apartment was nice, clean, and had a well appointed kitchen. It was in a good location. The property was quiet. The host was very responsive.

Our kids and grandkids live close so this was the perfect location for us to stay. The added bonus was how comfortable the place was. It felt like home. Everything you would need was provided in both the kitchen and bathroom. The bed was also very comfortable. The access to both the complex and the unit were very easy. We will definitely stay again.

1st, the host was phenomenal! We visited the apartment because of a sudden death of a long time friend in Glendale. We arrived extremely late and were allowed a decent departure time change at the end of our stay. We were located very close to our friend’s home. We enjoyed the comfort and its vicinity to walking paths. The apartment was clean and well stocked.
Beautiful view from our much needed restful hike near the apartment.

Lovely spacious apartment

This apartment met our every expectation. Besides being clean, well maintained and located just where we needed, the pool and grounds were great. Best of all, hosts had every amenity we needed .

Fantastic property with all the comforts of home

We visited AZ to spend some time with relatives. This unit was perfect and was equipped with everything we needed during our five night stay. The hosts, Carol and Bobby, were friendly and more than helpful. The unit is exactly as pictured in the listing and the next time we visit AZ, we will definitely book this property again!

Great quiet place

A great place to stay for us as couple. Very clean and nice. Work out room was amazing especially in the heat of summer. Close to pool/jacuzzi. Quiet gated community very close to supermarket and restaurants. Second floor could be difficult for some older couples but that is all. Would stay again!

Visit to See Mom

This property was perfect for my husband and I to visit his mother who resides close by in a care home. The unit is well laid out with all we could possibly need to relax at the end of our busy day. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again! Carol is an excellent host! Thank you!

Visiting my Brother

The apartment was awesome. Everything updated. Nice size balcony with table and chairs for eating at. The complex is very nice. Pool, hot tub, grills and tables for eating. Gym has plenty of equipment and all new. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay there.

Everything was great. The neighborhood was quiet. During our 8 day stay we didn’t use many of the amenities in the complex as we spent days and late evenings with our family in the area. Thanks to hosts Carol and Bobby for the detailed check in information and a comfortable stay.

Nice, clean and quiet

Property is just a pictured. It's very clean and super quiet. Gated complex lends security. There are ample paths on adjacent golf courses. Unit is very quiet - no road noise and very little sound from neighboring units. Kitchen is very functional with everyrhing we needed. Carol was prompt with all communications. We'll plan to stay here again if we return to the area.

Convenient location, clean & near property

We were in the area to watch some baseball in Surprise and were looking for something that had nice amenities, close to hiking/walking trails and restaurant options. This place hit those marks. Upon our arrival we did a hike at Thunderbird Conservation Park, a seven minute drive from the apartment. We then found a cute wine/cocktail bar The Tipsy, just a three minute drive away—a nice change from the chain restaurant offerings that are everywhere in the Phoenix area. We also enjoyed going for a run on the New River Trail, a short drive away in Peoria. The apartment was as shown—tidy, nicely appointed and the owners were extremely responsive and proactive in their communication.

Mom and daughter getaway

Everything was just great in the condo. I had a small panic when I realized I didn’t have check in info the night we arrived but the manager replied quickly with it. Only bummer was we were only there for one full day to relax and enjoy some sun by the pool—and it was the day the tree trimmers were there so there were saws buzzing and workers in the trees outside our unit, next to the pool. We had to nix our planned breakfast on the deck and definitely wasn’t peaceful —but don’t know that property manager could have done anything about that. One thing we needed to know: where are the outside trash collectors located? Overall, was just great!

Overall good experience with a few minor disappointments

Location is great with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment is close to my relatives home which is the main reason we chose this place. Room is very clean and modern. Manager is very responsive during the booking process. A couple of things we think could be better: the cable has very limited channels; we happened to be here during the NCAA final 4 but this property does not have the channel to watch the games. We had to go to a bar to watch the games. There is only one blanket in the apartment. The first night was very cold for my son without a blanket; we had to borrow a blanket from my relatives the second night. It doesn’t cost much to have an additional blanket for the pullout sofa.

Glendale is a fabulous place to live, relax, vacation and unwind. Sports are everywhere from pickle ball to our own NFL stadium where the last Super Bowl was held.

The uniqueness of this property is its clean lines, even the pool has a glass enclosure which is so modern. Keeps the wind out too. We love the outdoor grills, bocci ball court, and sofas.
