The host was welcoming. the amenities were excellent. The perfect place for us. We have a big dog. He has plenty of space to roam. Close to everything you could think of. Fast food joints, coffee, grocery stores. Walmart. On and off the freeway. We will stay there again!

This is everything it is advertised to be. Clean, Excellent location, no issues very easy to find. When needed info Shannon was very quick to answer. Would definitely stay there again if we are ever in town again.

Phenomenal Phoenix Stay—Perfect for Dog Owners!Our recent stay at this Vrbo rental in the Phoenix area was absolutely fantastic—it truly exceeded our expectations. Everything about the property was great, from the cleanliness of the interior to the convenience of the location.However, the standout feature for us (and our dogs!) was the exceptionally large, secure yard. Traveling with our two pitbull mixes, Copper and Mini Cooper, can sometimes be challenging, but this property made it a dream. The spacious, fully fenced outdoor area gave them plenty of room to run and play safely, which made their trip—and ours—so much more enjoyable. It's rare to find a rental that caters so perfectly to pet owners, and we truly appreciated the thoughtful provision of space.The interior was comfortable, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed. Communication with the host was smooth and helpful.We highly recommend this property, especially to anyone traveling with pets who needs a secure, large outdoor area. Five stars—we can’t wait to book this one again!

Stay in Phoenix

Really enjoyed our stay. You can't beat the location. Easy access to the 51 to get anywhere you need to go. Located in a nice neighborhood with amenities close by. Shannon made sure that we had anything that we needed. Very nice place to stay. Would highly recommend.

Comfortable and Convenient

Shannon and Adam are wonderful hosts, very friendly and responsive. The house is well-appointed and comfortable. It’s conveniently located, and easy to get around. We were here for medical visits at the Mayo Clinic, which was a short drive away. It was great to be able to have our pets with us. This cozy casita is private and quiet, and had everything we needed.

Great Phoenix location

The property has everything you need. It is very clean and is easy to find, in a great and safe neighborhood. And talk about centrally located! Everything is within 30 minutes or less. Check in was so easy. Very close to a number of great nature parks and trails. Beautiful location if you like to run. Owner was easy to reach for concerns. Can’t wait to return next spring.

Shannon and Adam were great hosts. Shannon made it super easy to check in, and Adam even offered us his truck for the evening. (We were on motorcycles). All the amenities were readily available in the house. And they were quick to respond to any questions or conerns we had. We Definitely Recomend it. Thanks Shannon and Adam for allowing us to stay.

Beyond My Expectations

I cannot say enough about the hosts and their family. Everything about the casita is perfect. They are more than accommodating including play dates with my dog and theirs. I was here for more than a month with zero concerns. I cannot praise the hosts and this property enough. It was exactly what I needed when I needed it and I am forever grateful.

Fantastic Property & Hosts

My wife, our two dogs, and I stayed here for a week after selling our house as we prepared to leave the state. This was the perfect location as we were able to easily visit our friends and family all over Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Tempe without excessive commutes. The property itself was very clean and had everything we needed. It also had some of the best high speed internet I've experienced in the valley, which was important as I had to setup a new work laptop during our stay. Our dogs loved the massive fenced-in yard, there was plenty for them to explore and lots of room to play fetch and get some playtime in.Finally, the hosts were fantastic - Shannon always responded right away and went above & beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. When we visit the city in the future this is the first place we'll be looking to book!

Great getaway

Property was easy to get to, and there was shopping, food, golf courses and more within a couple of miles. Extra large kitchen was nice as was the open floorplan. Only one bathroom which was small, but adequate. Couches were uncomfortable as the high backs and depth of seat was awkward for shorter people. It would have been nice to have some supplies available such as handsoap, shampoo and body wash, however not a deal breaker in any way. Shannon responded quickly and was willing to ship something that was left behind. We would stay at the casita again.

Great location! Privacy galore!

Nice house, on half an acre as described, comfy beds, and great shower! Very quiet and super private entrance. Property owner is onsite in their residence. We liked the location, close to friends in Scottsdale (10 minutes) and only 30-35 minutes to Royals spring training in Surprise... Proximity to 51 highway makes it easy to get just about anywhere in the metro Phoenix area! Only suggestion: would have loved a dimmer switch on the overhead lighting in the main living area, as my wife is sensitive to bright lights. A small light over the kitchen sink would be helpful, too. Very small distractions, had a great week and would re-book on a return trip in a heartbeat!

Stay in between selling and buying our new house

This was our in between from when we sold our house until we bought our new house. It was a great stay. Everything in the kitchen we needed. Bed was comfortable. Nice little spot.

Great property

Our stay at Townsend Terrace was perfect. Shannon was responsive to the few questions we had. We only had 2 adults so the place was plenty big. We especially enjoyed hiking in the Phoenix Preserve which was a short walk to the trailhead. If you have a loved one in Sunshine Village nursing home, the facility is only a mile away from the casita.
