Brand new 4 bedroom house surrounded by nature, with 2 bathrooms, balcony with a stunning view, fully equipped kitchen, gym in the large sunroom, and private parking.
House is located in a quiet neighborhood, surrounded by mountains, only 300 meters from the sea.
You are also a 10 minutes uber/taxi ride to the Dubrovnik Old Town.
As locals to Dubrovnik, we offer Concierge services without fees to local islands, neighboring countries, and any other local attractions you may be interested in.
The entrance is through a welcoming sunroom with a lounge area and workout equipment. The house has an open floor plan and a fully equipped kitchen. There are 4 bedrooms with one being a gallery room as seen in the images.
Additionally, an extra large sofa can be converted into a sleeping area for up to 2 people. House has 2 fully equipped bathrooms, with one bathroom consisting of a washing machine. Fast-cooling air conditioning for the entire house. Smart TV connected to WiFi and cable TV. House has a long balcony with a stunning view of the entire valley.
The location is unique because you are surrounded by lush green mountains and a beautiful bay where you can watch the sailboats go by. In a quiet neighborhood, you will have tranquility throughout the holiday, and just a few minute's walking distance from the house you can find grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and docking areas for day trips to local islands.
Dubrovnik Old Town is a quick 10-minute drive with uber/taxi.
Guests have access to the whole house which includes a balcony, a sunroom with a gym, and parking. We provide linen, towels, toiletries, dishwashing tablets, a fully stalked kitchen, and laundry detergent. All necessities are there, and we are happy to help with all other inquiries and wishes.
If you are coming earlier in the morning we are more than welcome to meet you before check-in time at our meeting point or at the house so that you can leave your bags, you can take a walk, or sit down for a coffee while we prepare the apartment for your memorable stay.
We also offer transfers to and from the airport for a discounted rate. The house is also in close proximity to a very well-connected local bus system.
