Villa de lujo que consta de cuatro dormitorios, cuatro baños, comedor, sala de estar, cocina totalmente equipada, cocina de verano techada con barbacoa, piscina, terrazas y jardines muy bien diseñados. Puerto privado de yates con grada. La villa se encuentra a 5 km al noroeste del centro histórico de Dubrovnik. Villa está a 25 metros de la costa. Ofrecemos cruceros con nuestro yate privado. Las canoas están a su disposición sin cargo adicional. Las mascotas no están permitidas.

Fantastic spot

We had the most amazing time at Dusko's villa. It is a bit further out of town than some other options.... but taxis are cheap and available so we had the best of both worlds. Lots of space (the house is big, great living space indoors and out and 4 large bedrooms, esp the upstairs loft one which is its own separate apartment). The pool was chilly for me but the kids loved it and the outdoor space was perfect for being outside during the mornings afternoons and evenings. You can walk up the hill for 10 minutes and access a little beach which was perfect for a refreshing swim. The best of all was Dusko and his wife - perfect hosts. Available for advice, tips, a drive to the shop or to show us the beach, suggestions on tours and restaurants and so helpful and quick to solve any request or problem. You could stay closer to the lovely Old Town or be on the other side of the bridge and nearer to the action but you wouldn't get a spot like this, nor such a wonderful host. Thank you Dusko and Smilia for taking such good care of us.

Lovely house and great hosts

Had a super holiday in Lozica. The house is perfect with much needed air conditioning and a lovely pool. The house worked really well for a family of seven with age ranges from 2 years to 67 years. Dusko and his wife are attentive hosts, nothing was too much trouble and the boat trip on Dusko’s boat was the highlight of the holiday.

Amazing Memories

We had a fantastic 9 days in the villa. The property was clean, tidy, well laid out and had everything that we needed. Dusko was very happy to help with anything else if required. This included arranging for us to go to a great restaurant and transport each way. Our sons loved the pool and were very happy with their rooms. The outdoor BBQ and eating area was really special. It was easy to get taxis when we went on days out, I certainly wouldn’t recommend car hire. It is very hard to park. Highly recommend the villa and in fact Dubrovnik overall. So much to see and do! Would absolutely return to this villa again in the future.

Luxurious Living in Dubrovnik

Visited Dusko and Smila's wonderful house with our rather big family of 4 teenage daughters. We had a fantastic stay, where the hosts were warm and helpful, going above and beyond, including a trip to the grocery store, a chartered boat tour of gorgeous beaches and islands, and even shipping internationally one of our daughter's lost head-gear. Their property is absolutely beautiful, and we availed ourselves of their pool and their ocean-view BBQ-veranda. Old town Dubrovnik is only a short taxi-ride away, but it felt great to get out of the bustle of downtown and get home to such a private and serene house.

Hands down one of the best rental experiences we have had on a holiday! See review on trip advisor! Dusko and his wife were the most gracious hosts and shared with us their slice of heaven. We also spent 2 days on his boat and was fabulous! You won’t be disappointed!

Well-equipped, modern villa with fantastic views

The villa and grounds are set into the hillside between the local road through Lozica below and the main coast road from Dubrovnik above and are accessed from the road below. Coming from a week spent on a remote island we noticed the traffic noise from the road below to start with, but soon didn't notice it at all. Hidden from view of the road, the gardens and villa are beautiful and much more conveniently laid out than I had imagined from the pictures - once you have climbed the equivalent of a couple of flights of steps from the road to the front door of the property, the ground floor of the villa leads out to the main terrace and the swimming pool beyond, all of which are at the same level, with the covered garden kitchen and barbeque just a few steps down from there. The villa, grounds and pool are all well maintained and the equipment and furnishings both inside the villa and out are of a very high quality reminiscent of a good hotel. The air conditioning works well throughout the house and plenty of good quality towels and linen were provided. There are plenty of pool loungers as well as other seating options, with options of sun or shade throughout the day and great views of the comings and goings of the cruise ships from the garden kitchen. We hired a small boat locally and moored it at the mooring across the road from the villa. There is swimming access and a few sun loungers down by the mooring where the facilities appear to be shared by a number of properties. We used taxis to go into Dubrovnik in the evenings, which was easy and convenient. Dusko and his family live in the house next to the villa. Sadly Dusko was ill and in hospital during our stay but his wife and son welcomed us, showed us around and were on hand for any queries throughout our stay; and even from his hospital bed, Dusko checked that we had been given all the information that we required. We had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Nautica.

Beautiful Villa and Perfect Location

We had a group of 8 adults stay for a long weekend and it was wonderful. It's spacious both indoors and outdoors with gorgeous views of the Adriatic from the pool and outdoor dining table. Dusko lives onsite and was enjoyable to work with and communicative. Highly recommend for your stay in Dubrovnik!

Welcoming and high quality

We have had a fantastic stay at villa Nautika. The owner Dusko is very friendly and helpful. He makes sure to make you feel welcome and gave us great tips. The house is very nice, clean and well equipped. The outside area is lovely and has a great view.

Excellent villa for a family and friends vacation!

My family, friends and I stayed here for 10 days and had a wonderful time! The villa is located about 10minutes away from Dubrovnik - away from all the traffic and noise that surrounds the city center. We had our own private pool, BBQ area and a beautiful view of Dubrovnik's bridge. The villa was tidy, well maintained, spacious with plenty of natural sunlight during the day, and fully equipped for all our needs. Dusko welcomed us upon arrival and made sure we were well acquainted with the house. His exceptional treatment made us feel right at home. He was always quick to help with dilemmas, and gave us plenty of useful tips on where to go and what to do. Thank you Dusko for making our holiday in Dubrovnik all the more special! I highly recommend the villa and cannot wait to come back!
