Insects: Kaua'i is a Lush and Tropical Island ~ although every effort is made to keep insects out an occasional insect (harmless Gecko, Ant, Spider, Mosquito or Beatle) may make its way inside. Kaua'i has no dangerous or poisonous insects. The best way to prevent this is to keep screen doors shut at all times.
