There is a ring camera located on outside door in front of house facing street. It can record video and sound.

We were in town for our daughter's wedding and stayed at Gina's House. It was large enough to accommodate our entire family comfortably. The bedrooms were roomy, and the beds were comfortable. The house is an older home but has been updated well. The host has added many personal touches to make it very cozy and comfortable. It does not have central air conditioning, but the window units worked well to cool the rooms and make it comfortable. The driveway is large and can accommodate probably up to five vehicles, depending on size. Street parking is also available. Very close to downtown Bowling Green, which is walkable and quaint with many shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend this property and host!

Nice place

So close to campus! Great place for evening walks. Close to downtown and grocery stores. Nice having three bathrooms. We would definitely stay here again!!

Great house for a family event!

While visiting Bowling Green for a family party, this was a great rental for us, along with our children and partners. The house was spacious; we especially enjoyed the kitchen and porch. The location was close enough to walk downtown to get coffee and food - we loved it!

Perfect Stay For BGSU Graduation

This home is hands down my most favorite VRBO home to date. I was in with family for graduation at BGSU and the home was so comfortable with lots of room. The beds were comfy, everything was so clean and the home contained all you need to cook a meal in the kitchen. I highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting Bowling Green!

Nice good size home, my entire family of 8 with children stayed comfortably. Was warm and had to call and request air conditioning that wasn’t installed yet, they were very responsive.

BG Graduation Getaway

Gina’s house was accommodating and charming. We are from out of state and came to see our son graduate from BGSU. Family members flew in from all over the US and we were so pleased with the size and comforts of this house! Gina answered all questions right away and was a gracious host. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks for everything Gina!!!

Great space for Family

We stayed for only one night for viewing and funeral in Michigan. Very comfortable and as listed. Great space to spread out...daughter, her husband and infant had their own space with enough room for the rest of us so they werent disturbed. Quick responses to our questions. Very happy with our stay!

Great little house

There were 6 in our group and we had plenty of room. The house was clean and well taken care of. We decided this house needs to be on a lake because it has quaint cottage vibes. We did have some questions during our stay and our messages were answered promptly. We would definitely come back. Thank you!

First impressions are key. Upon arrival it was clear that the lawn was a major need of maintenance. The back yard, where the hot tub is located, was extremely overgrown. So overgrown that weeds were growing up through the ramp and one of the patio chairs was completely lost with weeds growing all over it. We couldn't enjoy the outdoors at all. Inside the house we found unkept floors that needed a good mopping, lots of dust everywhere including under the chairs, beds, and a long all the baseboards. The front porch hasn't been vacuumed in quite some time. We had to clean the fridge before we used it, it was gross. There was a lot of leftover food items from people before us that should have been thrown away. Lots of outdated,m & opened food items were in the pantry as well. The fridge also doesn't keep food very cold, even in the coldest setting. In the bathrooms we found used shower loofahs, made us wonder if the showers were even cleaned before our arrival. The AC unit in the downstairs bedroom doesn't work, no cold air. Overall cleanliness is rated a 2/10. Going off the VRBO listing and the rental pricing we definitely expected better.
