There is also a pull out sleeper in an upstairs bedroom as well as a sleeping mattress under the king size bed. The upstairs bathroom has recently been renovated!
The space
This is a house near the University and a quick Uber ride downtown. It’s in a residential neighborhood with a decent backyard and plenty of living space.
Guest access
Back door code

Guests have access to a full kitchen, dining room, living room, and an informal laundry room and half bath in the basement. There are three bedrooms and a full bath on the top floor.
The backyard includes at least two parking spots on a paved surface.
It is a shared driveway. Please do not block neighbors.
Other things to note
We have hired a new cleaning staff and have made several updates. The place is clean and ready !

The Internet is Verizon 5g ...there will be a password available.
Each living room and bedroom has a private TV which will have local stations through the antenna and the capability to connect to streaming devices. Some technological experience may be necessary to connect a variety of devices.

Security:

We have a ring camera at front door that faces the street. There is also a ring camera that faces the garage. This will capture video and audio when activated.
