About Living The Dream

Laguna Key is a gated, luxury community situated at the end of Gulf Shores’ West Beach. Within the community lies Living The Dream, a beautiful 5 bedroom/4 bath/2 half bath home with plenty of indoor and outdoor living space.

At Living The Dream, guests will enjoy easy beach access via a private boardwalk with seating and a covered pavilion. From here, guests can relax in the most secluded area of West Beach, away from the crowds and noise, with nothing but the sound of the waves!
In the center of the neighborhood, a huge community pool offers a refreshing way to spend an afternoon. With a fountain, plenty of chairs for lounging or having lunch, and restrooms, the pool area offers everything needed for a wonderful swim! Laguna Key also offers a tennis court and a two-story observation deck from which to enjoy the view!

Living The Dream guests will find 2 levels of living space. Upon entering the first floor, the Master bedroom is on the right and offers guests a king bed, TV, en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub, private water closet, and a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 is across the hall with a king bed, TV, and an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower; the attached bath also has a hall entrance. The kitchen, living, and dining areas are also on this main floor. These rooms feature Lagoon views, tasteful decor, and plenty of seating. The comfortable sectional is a great place to curl up and watch a movie, and the 2 recliners allow you to put up your feet and relax after a day of outdoor fun. Enjoy your meals at the large dining table or sit on the island on one of the comfy stools. The spacious kitchen provides 2 refrigerators, ample cabinet and counter space, stainless steel appliances, and cooking and dining essentials to give guests the comfort of home. The large screened-in porch located off of these main living spaces is sure to be a family favorite! Guests can enjoy outdoor meals, a mounted TV, and peaceful Lagoon views year-round!!

Upstairs on the second floor, guests will find 3 more bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 half bath, and an additional living area complete with 2 sofas and a TV. Bedroom 3 features a king bed, TV, and a private bath with a tub/shower combo. Bedroom 4 sleeps four in 2 queen beds and has a TV. Bedroom 5 sleeps four in 2 full beds, has a TV, and an attached half bathroom. There is a shared hall bathroom featuring a double vanity and a tub/shower combo for the guests in bedrooms 4 and 5.

Guests will continue “Living The Dream” outside at the secure private pool with lounge chairs and amazing views of Little Lagoon. There is a gas grill for all your grilling needs! A half bathroom in the garage is convenient for pool guests and those returning from a day at the beach.

Rental Age Policy
We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes.  However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25.  We have no exception to this policy.
