Open-concept living area with sleeper sofa, smart TV, and balcony access with sweeping lagoon views. Fully equipped kitchen with stone countertops. Dining area seats 6, with additional bar and bistro seating.

Primary suite: King bed, TV, private bathroom with double vanity & walk-in tile shower, and private balcony overlooking the lagoon.

Half bath and full-size washer/dryer for convenience.

Second Floor:
Bedroom 2 offers a Queen bed, TV, private bath with walk-in shower, and private balcony with Gulf views. Bedroom 3 offers a King bed + 2 Twin beds, TV, desk – sleeps 4.
Bedroom 4 offers a Queen bed and TV – sleeps 2. The Twin bed in stair alcove and an additional twin bed in the cupola – sleeps 2 more guests.

A shared hallway bathroom features double vanities and tub/shower combo

We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes.  However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25.  We have no exception to this policy.
