The heated pool offers a private spot to cool off or unwind after a day at the beach. With a private screened-in lanai and lush landscaping, it's perfect for morning coffee, afternoon swims, or quiet evenings under the stars.
Inside, the house keeps the good times rolling with a pool table next to the TV, making switching from a game to your favorite shows easy. The open-concept living area is spacious but cozy, with a fully equipped kitchen, a large breakfast bar, and plenty of seating.
The primary bedroom has two walk-in closets, direct access to the pool, and a large soaking tub perfect for relaxation. Two additional bedrooms are located on the main floor. Bedroom 2 has a trundle bed, which features a second bed stored underneath that pulls out and can be converted into a king-size bed. Please note that it still consists of two separate mattresses. In contrast, the fourth bedroom is privately situated on the second floor with its own bathroom and walk-in closet, offering extra privacy.
Located near Flagler Beach, local restaurants, and the Intracoastal Waterway, this home is in a prime spot for exploring or just relaxing by the pool.
Guest access
You'll have full access to all home areas, including the beautiful heated pool, private lanai, game room with a pool table, and a two-car garage. Enjoy the spacious living areas, four bedrooms, and three bathrooms. The entire property is yours to explore and relax in.

Feel at home and use the outdoor spaces, kitchen, and amenities. Each of the four bedrooms has its own TV and a large TV in the living/game area for group entertainment.

Other things to note
Parking - Ample parking is available on the driveway. Welcome to use 2 cars garage. The City of Palm Coast does not allow trailers on the properties.

Check-In/Check-Out - Check-in is from 4 PM, and check-out is by 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request.

House Rules - No parties, events, loud music, or excessive noise. All guests must comply with the noise ordinance imposed by Flagler County, which states there shall be no outside noise from 10:00 pm to 8 am. Violations may result in guest removal without refunds.
Extra guests or visitors are only allowed if previously authorized.

Pet Policy—Small dogs weighing up to 30 lbs are welcome; regrettably, no cats are allowed.

Our well-maintained heated pool is kept at a comfortable temperature of 88°F. Please note that if the outside temperature drops below 55°F, the pool's warmth may not be sustained due to the heat pump's efficiency being affected. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
