Enjoy the beautiful beach all year round.
Enjoy unique ocean views by staying in this oceanfront condo on the 6th floor of one of Ixtapa's finest luxury resorts. Swim in the infinity pool, relax under a palapa on the beach, pamper yourself with a drink at the poolside restaurant or a massage at the spa, play a game of tennis or paddle. Or stay in and sip a premium coffee on the balcony while enjoying the breathtaking views of the Pacific and the most dazzling sunsets, this property has it all!
The space
The terrace offers the most spectacular sunrises and sunsets, it has a wooden table for 4 people and a fan for your comfort.
The living room also offers beautiful ocean views, new and comfortable sofas, a 55" 4k TV with Netflix and AppleTV+ service, a Nespresso Vertuo premium coffee maker with free capsules, a drip coffee maker, a milk frother, a French coffee maker and coffee grinder.
It also has a bar and a beautiful breakfast bar to enjoy drinks and food inside the condo.
The kitchen has all the appliances you need, all brand new.
The bathroom was recently remodeled and features a rain shower, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. In addition, luxurious towels are provided.
The bedroom has beautiful views of the marina and golf course, a queen size bed with luxurious bamboo sheets. Its Roman shades completely block out the sun so you can have the best rest. In addition, there is a comfortable sofa for you to enjoy your reading.
The apartment has a washer and dryer, as well as cleaning products for your convenience.
Guest access
You will have access to all areas of the complex, except the gym which is under renovation.
Inside the apartment you will be able to make use of all of it, except for a closet that we have separated for our use.
Other things to note
10 kilowatts per day of electricity usage is included. For stays longer than 10 days, there is a surcharge of 6 pesos per kilowatt for any overage. Fee will be collected by local property manager one day prior to check out.
Additional Rules
Please wash dishes and leave the condo as you found it.
Please do not drink or eat in the bedroom.
No unregistered guests are allowed.
No illegal substances are allowed on the premises.
Maximum 4 guests allowed
Please turn off the air conditioner when you leave or when you open the doors or windows.
Please do not forget your access code or share it.
