This is a 3 bed/2 bath home that offers a modern, friendly, cozy vibe. No parties or events. No smoking inside.

Upstairs there’s a living room with a 65” Roku TV and high speed internet (200+ MBPS), a 6 person dining room table inside the kitchen, bathroom and master bedroom. Downstairs there’s 2 bedrooms and a bathroom as well as a washer and dryer.

All 3 rooms have a memory foam queen mattress, and the upstairs master bedroom has a king size memory foam mattress. The living room couch pulls out to sleep 2 and there’s a queen size air mattress that also sleeps 2. Totaling to 5 beds that can comfortably sleep 10 guests.

Guests can use any of the cups, utensils, dishware, coffee machine, and/or pots/pans. All guests must wash, dry, and put anything back after they’re done using. Please help yourself to a stocked fridge and snacks, the bathrooms with spare toothbrushes and toothpaste, shaving razors, and feminine products. We have a closet, across from the upstairs bathroom, that has a steamer, vacuum, broom and dustpan, and fire extinguisher.
