* Guest List – For everyone’s safety and comfort, only registered guests are allowed unless we’ve chatted and approved otherwise.

* Guest Verification - To ensure a safe and comfortable experience for our guests and neighbors, we may request government-issued ID and a full list of overnight guests before check-in. Thank you for understanding as we maintain a secure and respectful environment.

* Quiet Hours – Let’s keep it cozy from 10 PM to 8 AM so everyone (including the neighbors!) can relax.

* Pet-Friendly – We happily welcome up to 2 well-behaved furry friends. It’s $100 per pet, per stay. This fee may be included in your total at booking or collected separately prior to check-in, depending on the platform you booked through.

* Pet Cleanup – Please tidy up after your pets, both inside and outside. Extra mess may result in additional cleaning fees.
