Un lote de dunas y playa privada, 3 dormitorios, 1. 5 baños recientemente renovados, alfombras de pared a pared, aire acondicionado y calefacción central, TV LCD / monitor, TV por cable, DVD, cocina moderna y bien equipada con lavavajillas, barra de desayuno, comedor la mesa de la sala tiene capacidad para seis personas, la sala de estar con capacidad para siete personas, terraza cubierta amueblada para comer y relajarse, vista al agua desde la terraza, una habitación con cama doble, otras dos habitaciones con dos camas individuales, lavadora y secadora, estacionamiento y parrilla, decoradas en colores claros , duchas al aire libre cerradas, medio baño a nivel del suelo cuando está en la playa, ubicación conveniente para el pueblo de Bethany Beach (1. 5 millas), Ocean City (12 millas) y Rehoboth (3 millas). No hay calles principales para cruzar a la playa. Zona familiar residencial y parque infantil, sin rascacielos, baja densidad. Limpieza de primavera completa realizada anualmente. Este es un condominio en un edificio de cuatro unidades. Limpieza profesional antes y después de cada inquilino. Al lado del parque Delaware Seashore. Seaside Grill Restaurant está a poca distancia. Contrato por escrito.

Amazing location! So close to the beach!!

Loved being so close to the beach! We'd go out 3-4 times a day, it's so close and so easy, no need to stay at the beach all day. Super convenient! Neighbors are super nice, friendly, quiet - great place for a family. We had a blast, thanks so much!

Perfect Location for a Relaxing Beach Getaway

This place was perfect for us, the beach was only steps away. We loved having the screened-in porch, and a kitchen and family room to just sit back and enjoy some family time. The Host communicated with us well and everything was clean and well-cared for. The pictures on the listing are exactly what you see when you enter. Love this place, and hope to stay there again in the future.

Pretty good space, great location

Location is good as you can walk to beach and Matt's Fish Camp is a quick walk away. Apartment is on Third floor and walking up stairs is only way to get there. Lots of folks stay there, and you can see into everyone's screened in porches on walk up and down 3 floors. Outside needs cleaning and painting. Furniture and carpet could use update. Need to use a lockbox with combination every time you go out or come in, which is inconvenient. Beds not bad, but you need to bring all your own bedding and towels which is inconvenient. One towel rack was broken. Otherwise, not a bad place at all. Outdoor screened in porch not bad, but needs work. One outdoor shower is in pretty good condition, but needs routine cleaning. Other one not so good. Didn't use laundry facilities outside so don't know about them. Would recommend but needs some work in our opinion. Property manager was very nice and easy to work with.

Great Place, But…

This is a very nice, clean condo at a great location. The kitchen and living areas were nice with all pots, pans, utensils, etc. Everything in the apartment worked well (except for one of the ceiling fans which rattled and a towel bar that fell off the wall). The beach is 1-2 minutes away with no heavy traffic roads to cross. The house common area, laundry, and outdoor showers were also great to have. However, some aspects of this stay were difficult compared to many other rentals we have stayed at. Guests must bring their own towels, sheets and pillowcases. Guests must also bring their own trash bags (the first place we’ve ever stayed where this is the case), and you don’t find out about this until after you’ve arrived. At checkout guests are asked to make beds, clean and out away dishes and remove all trash, some of which we have had to do before but never all of it. Owner and local property manager communication is spotty and not very responsive. Wifi service was not good and streaming did not work well on the TVs or our devices. The keys are mailed to you and you must mail them back. All of these things are minor inconveniences but they add up. So we may return to Bethany Beach but if we do, it will most likely be at a different property. Hopefully the owner reconsiders some of these policies/practices for future guests.

Overall a good experience. Very close to private beach. Property is between Rehobeth Beach and Ocean City. Minutes from both. Best of both worlds or relax on private beach!

Great Location But Needs Attention

We had a fine stay, but feel this property needs some attention. The bathrooms had been updated and the kitchen was cheery, but the refrigerator made a horrible noise and some of the pots and pans were dated (peeling Teflon); some had burnt-on food. Inside it was very dusty and the couches were dirty. Even though the listing specifies "no pets", we found treats under the wardrobe in the bedroom; not great for someone with allergies to pet dander. The furniture on the porch was held together with bungee cords. On the bright side, it is very close to the beach and Matt's Fish Camp (our fave beach food).

Great location

We had a great stay at the beach- such a convenient location- literally 100 steps to the beach (including the walkway) - it was perfect with two small children. The unit was clean and although it could use a few upgrades, had everything we needed for a stay at the beach.

Family vacation

Awesome location, beach is steps away. Unit was very clean, spacious, and well appointed. The screened porch was awesone to keep the mosquitoes away. Only complaint was the outdoor furniture was dated and repaired in a manner that made the chaise chairs unusable.

Perfect Family Vacation

I stayed here with my husband and our young children. Perfect location just meters from the beach. Also loved that we could walk to delicious Matt's Fish Camp for meals. The apartment is on the second floor which was no problem at all. Kitchen was clean and well stocked. Bedrooms were perfect sizes and mattresses comfy. TV and internet were consistent (and had more channels than we have at home!) and AC worked perfectly. We really enjoyed our stay and Nancy was quick to communicate when we had questions. We will definitely be booking this spot again in the future.

Great location, ok place

You can't beat the location--it's 50 steps to the beach! The apt is up two flights of stairs and comfortable enough for our family of four. There was basically no wifi but owner is putting in new router. Laundry is shared with other apts on ground floor (which we did not know) but there was no problem with it. Chairs on patio and some mattresses need replacing, rest of place in good shape. Tower shores is private, pretty quiet, not gated, no lifeguards. Less than an hour to Assateague, worth the trip.

Location sells it! Needs Renovations!

The best thing about this condo was the location to Bethany private beach, and the family oriented neighborhood. This unit wasn’t the greatest. It’s a two story unit, but you have to walk up three flights of steps to get to it. We arrived at night, so it was hard to find(no numbers visible at night). The dishes were dirty, and it was clear that the mattress covers hadn’t been washed, due to the hair, sand, and possibly dog hair on my daughter’s bed! She has to take Benadryl every night before bed(dog allergy). This condo needs a major update! Two little TV’s in the whole unit, and poor WiFi made for two angry Teens! Best thing was the location to the beach, and neighborhood. With an upgrade of better beds, and a better cleaning crew this would’ve been a nice unit..........

Very Disappointing

This condo was very disappointing. It was not as described. It was on the second floor which was not mentioned in the description and you needed to carry everything up two flights of stairs. My husband and I are not disabled but we are in our 60"s. The pots and pans had not been cleaned properly and the bed coverings were dirty. The towel rack in the bathroom was broken as well as the two deck lounge chairs. I notified the owner of these things and the towel rack and chairs were repaired by the end of the first week (Friday). The wifi signal was very week. The owners told me I could reboot it from a general room located on the ground floor. It is always unlocked. There was someone staying there for the entire first week so that was not possible. I went through 2 gigs of data myself trying to use their wifi. The ground floor was cluttered with at least a dozen unused beach chairs, umbrellas, dirty underwear drying on the bushes, hanging bathing suits and towels, and broken sea shells. My husband and I were the only two staying in a condo there for the first week. We were instructed not to use anything we did not bring. Finally, there was no functional grill to use to cook with outside. My husband and I have vacationed at Tower Shores for the last 15 years and look forward to coming there. This was very disappointing. We have used VRBO in the past and have been very happy with what we have rented ...until this stay,

Delightful

This was a neat, clean, well-equipped condo - a delightful place to enjoy a very relaxing beach vacation. Screened-in porch was a plus. Steps away from the beach, where a sunrise or long beach walk was waiting. An easy bike ride into Bethany Beach, or an easy drive to kayaking locations, Ocean City, Rehoboth, or Lewes.

This place is great!

Our family really enjoyed our stay here, it is clean and well maintained and the grounds and surrounding areas have that beach cottage atmosphere. The area is all residential except for a very casual restaurant with really great food and service. No hustle and bustle unless you choose to go into town, no looking for a parking spot and then having to pay to walk for blocks to the beach. It must take almost two minutes to get to the water once you decide to go over to the beach. I am already thinking about next year

Family Vacation a Success

We had a fantastic week at Bethany Beach. This is the second time that we've rented this unit, but the first time that we've rented to stay the entire week. Being so close to the surf is a real plus with three kids (aged 4, 5, 7), as are the ground-floor showers and the screened in porch. Using homeaway.com is easy, and the communication with the Owners has been great. The unit is big enough for our needs, and we appreciated the comfortable living area, all of the nice people renting around us, and having a lot of fun in the sand!
