Just three miles to Bethany Beach, this exciting golf course community features a fantastic set of amenities, including the Village Pavilion (with indoor pool, outdoor pool, kiddie pool, basketball court, exercise room, Har-Tru tennis courts, a hard surface tennis court,a pickleball court a multi-sport court and saunas for homeowners and guests), outdoor pool, playground, summer beach shuttle, and a clubhouse with restaurant.  

Important Notes: The 4th bedroom w brand new pull-down murphy bed and premium mattress is on the main level in an enclosed den.  To get to the top floor king suite, you must access by going through this 4th bedroom.   Unlike most golf villa homes at Bear Trap Dunes, this home features premium furnishings and a fully private Bedroom and full bathroom on the top floor.  Total of 4 Bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms.

Things to Know
A newly installed Queen sized Murphy Bed in the Den bed completes a 4th Bedroom. 
There are no bunk beds or sleeper sofas at this home.   Just queen and king beds!

Bear Trap Dunes is a public play accessible golf course with a restaurant and bar on site.
The Bear Trap Dunes Owners Association charges an optional per person fee for guests ages four and older for the use of the community’s amenities, including the in-season beach shuttle, pools, tennis, and fitness center. This fee varies by the time of year and is subject to change without notice. Guests that opt to purchase amenity passes MUST purchase at the Bear Trap Pavilion. ($50 per person per week in season during 2022)

The pools are located at the community pavilion. (The pool located on October Glory is for owner use only.)
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Parking notes: Parking is available for condo guests on a first-come-first-serve basis. Guests may also utilize the parking area near Clubhouse Drive.

Linens: The home will include pillows, blankets, comforters, and mattress covers.  However, bed sheets,  pillowcases and towels are not provided. Rental Guests can choose to bring their own linens or rent them from one of the local rental services.

Outdoor Monitoring: The home may have an outdoor security camera and / or video doorbell installed. If present, these devices are strictly for outdoor security monitoring and safety purposes.

COVID-19 Cleaning and sanitizing procedures
We have upgraded our procedures and taking extra care in cleaning and sanitizing each vacation home. We follow approved guidelines to ensure each home is carefully sanitized before your arrival. Surfaces are disinfected using approved products. This includes counter tops, frequently touched items like doorknobs, light switches, and remote controls. At Bethany Beach Home Rentals your safety is a top priority. We have put these extra measures in place to allow you comfort and peace of mind during your stay in our homes.
