All guests will be asked to provide their email, and Sunset Luxury Properties will email you the Reservation Confirmation, which contains a link to confirm your reservation and agree to our Rental Agreement/Terms & Conditions. Just so you know, the agreement must be e-signed within 72 hours of your reservation being paid in full.
Once this is completed, your guest portal will be available to access and includes information about check-in, the rental, including address & more! Door codes will appear in the guest portal at 4:00 pm on the day of check-in.
This home is PET FRIENDLY with an additional pet fee of $250 + tax. This covers up to 2 pets max. If you have more pets, please inquire for approval. Pet fees cannot be added on during the booking process and will be collected separately.
The private pool is heatable for an additional fee of $65/day + tax. Pool Heat fees cannot be added on during the booking process and will be collected separately.
Essential Things to know:
After your reservation is booked, you will receive a link to our Guest Portal to confirm it. Here, you provide all contact information, add your additional guests, upload a photo of you holding your ID, and agree to our terms and conditions. You will have 72 hours to complete your confirmation. Failure to complete this within 72 hours of booking may result in cancellation of your reservation.
STARTER SUPPLIES
We supply the following items for your reservation; 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish soap, 3 dish pods and 1 sponge per kitchen. 3 laundry pods per w/d set, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and 1 bar hand soap per sink. All bed and bath linens are provided along with beach towels. Guests are responsible for bringing/purchasing additional items if needed.
1) WE DO NOT ACCEPT WIRE TRANSFERS or CHECKS. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and AMEX only.
2) CONSTRUCTION IS IN PLACE ALL OVER Panama City Beach and 30A. We cannot be held responsible for the construction.
3) MUST be 25 years of age or older to rent. No homes will be rented to students or singles under 25 unless accompanied by a parent or guardian who will be staying at home for the Rental Period.
PAYMENT TERMS
We require 50% of the rental total to be paid at time of booking. The remaining 50% payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
If you are booking within 60 days of arrival, 100% of the rental total is due at the time of booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Guests who cancel their reservation 60 days or more prior to the check-in day and are paid in full, will received a 50% refund of the rental total.
Guests who cancel their reservation 60 days or more prior to the check-in day and only 50% of the rental has been paid, will receive NO refund.
Guests who cancel their reservation 59 days or less prior to the check-in day will receive NO refund.

Welcome to Sea Mist Chic
Travel to 148 Eagle Trace Court.
Please park in the driveway only. There is parking for 4 vehicles to fit comfortably.
Check-in is at 4:00pm, we cannot guarantee a check-in prior to this time but rest assured that we will contact you as soon the house is ready for you.
Upon arrival, Sea Mist Chic has an electronic lock allowing you to check-in at your convenience. You will enter the code provided in the portal, push the ✔️, and you should hear the lock engage. **Please note** that your door code will not appear in the guest portal until 4:00pm unless you have been notified that the rental is ready for you.
