Grand Piano can only be played if you are well versed with the piano. No children on piano throughout stay.

Any loud parties will not be tolerated at all. This is a quiet neighborhood. We do not give 2nd chances on this rule. If it happens once you will be asked to leave.

Dogs are allowed but must be approved prior to booking and fee does apply.
