Our spacious 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home is the perfect spot for your group to call home while visiting Nashville! The large back deck and huge yard are great for relaxing and enjoying a drink under the stars. Plus, you’re less than 5 miles from Broadway and all the best that Nashville has to offer!

We have a 3 bed 2.5 bath with the following:

1st floor:
Living area and kitchen

To keep the property comfy and enjoyable for everyone, here are a few quick guidelines:

Oops moments happen! If there’s any vomit or urine that needs extra cleaning (including towels or bedding), there’s a minimum $150 cleaning fee.

No smoking indoors 🚭: To keep the space fresh for all guests, any smoking inside the property will incur a minimum $150 fee.

Treat the space with care 🏡: Any damage to items or the home itself may result in additional charges.

We also recommend checking out travel insurance for extra peace of mind, as we’re unable to offer refunds outside our established policy.

Convenient Location

Conveniently located, with just a 5 - 18 minute drive to all the places we wanted to visit. Less traffic than some other areas in Nashville, which is nice. Located right off of a main road behind businesses, but the fully fenced in front and back yard negated any of the traffic concerns for dogs/ kids. Easy check in & out and great communication.

This property was pet friendly with a very nice fenced yard. The host was very prompt with response's. Property was well stocked with trash bags, paper towel, toilet paper, dish washer pods and laundry detergents (great bonus). Had ample parking. Will definitely use host again when in Nashville.

This house was very clean, very pet friendly, and it was in a great location in relation to things to do in Nashville. The house is in a very noisy area and the neighborhood can appear fairly sketchy, but it is safe. Overall I'm very pleased with our stay. The host was very communicative and responded quickly. The kitchen is well stocked with equiptment as well. There is also an amazing Thai restaurant within walking distance called Degthai. The two fenced in front and back yards were great for the dogs.

This house is so clean, spacious, and has an amazing yard for the pups! The owner is extremely friendly and communicative. Plenty of fresh, fluffy towels and the beds are extremely comfortable. Thank you!

Very clean & spacious home

Very comfortable home that fit the bill for my husband & dog. The locatioon wasn't the best as the gas station (next to property) were on all evening & lots of noise due to busy road in front of gas station.

House is very spacious and beautifully decorated! Outside the bushes need trimming away from the walkway a little but overall was fine. We especially like the fenced yard.

The house was great for our family of 6…plenty of room with a nice sized fenced yard for our dog. It was very well stocked. Communication with the host was excellent. The house was conveniently located near downtown. Overall great experience!

Thanksgiving in Nashville

The house felt like a Home. I loved it as soon as I walked in. The furniture was comfortable the house was very clean. The bedding was amazing, clean crisp white sheets and covers! I cooked Thanksgiving dinner and I was impressed with all the equipment available! I definitely would stay here again. Thank you

Very clean, it was absolutely perfect for what our family needed. 3 bedrooms: 1 king room with attached bathroom, 1 queen room, and a 3rd room with 2 double beds (bunks) and a futon - PLUS a sofa bed in the living room on the main floor. Beds and linens were fresh and clean and comfortable. We didn't bring our dogs with us for this visit but they are dog friendly and we considered it. Nice fenced in yard. Kitchen and all appliances were clean - fridge was spotless. Would have liked to have a few additional coffee pods but we made do. Convenience store next door. Parking for 2 vehicles. Neighborhood was meh...but fine. We enjoyed our stay

Nashville with family

Nice enough place with well-lit, convenient off street parking. Also a very nice fenced yard for kids or pets. The property has potential but the hosts provided a scanty amount of coffee pods, toilet paper, and paper towels. Kitchen dishes and pans were pretty limited as were the kitchen towels and dish rags. Previous guests left a big stain on one bedspread, a burn hole on the couch, and one on the dining room floor. Seems the hosts want to get what they can out of the place, but do not have much incentive to do deep cleaning and upkeep.

This is the way it should be done

The property was exactly like the pictures, nothing lacking. It felt like home. I can't say enough about the property manager. We had a few timing issues with dates, created by our grand daughter being born late, and Harley helped us through each one. Even to the extent of offering to find us another if ours wasn't available.. Thank you Harley. We will be booking again in the near future.

We also have a great backyard for you to get you day started with some coffee or playing yard games. All of this less than 5 miles from downtown!
