Welcome to Tres Casa. Our cozy home is kid friendly. Tres Casa has a beautiful fire pit along side swinging benches. And huge playset for kids. Enjoy a 6 person Hot Tube. Have a relaxing time at the Michigan Beach within 5 minutes away.

Tres Casa is centered from South Haven & St. Joseph. Our home is secluded on a 2 acre property with private driveways. You can enjoy the Tub with Jets in the Master Bedroom . We offer a foosball table, air hockey table, outdoor zip line, and Gazebo. Back deck has a table for 6 and Gazebo has seating for 8 to 10. Amenities include Internet, WIFI, Gas Grill, Kids playground and zip line. Firewood is provided for outdoor pit and indoor Fire Place. Property is treated for mosquitos monthly.

We provide beach chairs, umbrella, and water boards. Home has water softener and filtered water. We also provide a high chair and stroller upon request.

Everything was very clean and orderly. The kids loved the playset . Kept them occupied for hours. The house was perfect for our two families enjoying some time together at the lake.

Love this home , plan to stay again. Great communication & the host was great with accommodating our requests. Great place for all age ranges with lots to do for everyone . Open & spacious.

This was an excellent house. We enjoyed ourselves very much. We had 8 people all together, 5 adults, two teens and a 9 year old. The sleeping is really only suitable though for 7. The little TINY “futon” like thing in the hallway MIGHT be ok for two small children. But they are not comfortable. My teen kids slept on the couches. The hot tub wasn’t something they had when we originally booked, it was a AWESOME surprise! It was brand new, super clean, and ULTRA EASY to use!!! The outside of the house was an amazing space. Full of fun by all.The host has a lot of things!! Which is so helpful. (Salt/pepper/mustard/ketchup/coffee filters (coffee station was awesome)…. Just so you know, windows do not open. The air is nice and up to date!!Some suggestions I would make would be: - hooks! The rooms/bathrooms (at least the master BR), needs SOMETHING for towels. There is no where to hang anything. - the Master bedroom needs something more for clothes. There isn’t a closet and the little drawer unit, Iran enough for two people, hooks on the wall could be helpful too. - maybe a shower curtain in the master bath? It was super weird taking a shower in there and the other bathroom/shower was beautiful, but having a master bathroom, where you can’t utilize the shower was odd.- think about moving air hockey to back room, and adding a rug under to help with sound. It was SO LOUD, couldn’t enjoy it at all all :( We’d def recommend and consider coming back.

The house is amazing for kids, 5 minutes from Hagar beach, which in our opinion is better than silver beach. Definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our stay. Probably the only negative is the place backs up to the interstate so you hear lots of traffic. Lake Michigan is not too far away to spend the day and some neat towns close by.

Beautiful home, including the outside space! Fire pit, zip line and playground for the kids, enclosed porch. Whimsical lighting all around the outside property. Pizza, coffee, and grocery store close by. The foosball table and air hockey was the perfect way to round off the night. Beach, bike, and Dune rentals, mini golf, go karts nearby. Hosts were always available with any questions. I cannot say enough good things about this house. Book it!

Family Vacation

We had a great stay! The whole house was great, we were able to cook some of our meals there and still go out to eat some! The location was good for where we wanted to go. Overall, we had a great time!

We had quite a bit of rain so the screened in patio was wonderful. We were all able to sit in there comfortably. The place was clean and the beds were very comfortable

This home was the perfect place for a quiet, lowkey weekend with friends. The property was very clean and even with it being so hot and humid, the bugs were hardly noticeable. Plenty of space and beds for 7 adults

Excellent place to stay and relax, spacious and clean, was taken aback when we turned down the lane to get it as most of the roads in the subdivision are gravel but hey it's at a dead end quiet no traffic and be aware you can hear the instate traffic when you step outside you're pretty close but really really enjoyed our stay and if I can will make the effort to stay there again

This place was super nice! Very clean, extra amenities and a super secluded location with PLENTY of space. We were so happy to have a place like this to stay at instead of camping at a festival. If it's available for the same festival this time next year, we will definitely be back!

Nice Weekend

We were a group of 7 adults and had a nice weekend stay. The house was clean and well furnished and the outdoor area is great. When I contacted the host with questions a few days before our stay they got back to me quickly. The only negatives were: a few of the items they said were included in the listing were actually not (firewood, paper towel, no hand soap in the kitchen); the bathroom in the primary bedroom has a jetted tub but only a handheld attachment for showers (it is not mounted) which made showers difficult; the futons are literally in the middle of the main hallway which is kind of awkward, so they may be suitable for kids, but not really for adults (we didn’t need to use them so it was fine). Overall, it was a good space for our needs.

Family get-away

The property was great. It was clean and well maintained. Location was good, it was nice that you couldn't really even see any other homes from the property, even though they were reasonably near by. The games and zip line were excellent for the kids. All areas of the house (inside and out) were set up really well for guest occupancy / usage. Family room, living room, kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, gazebo, deck with gas grill - nice layout and good condition. We enjoyed our stay.

ANNIVERSARY GETAWAY

THE WEEKEND GETAWAY WAS VERY NICE. THE PROPERTY WAS CLEAN, DECORATED VERY NICE, CENTRALLY LOCATED TO EVERYTHING, REMOTE, QUIET, AND BEDS WERE VERY COMFORTABLE. A VERY GOOD RAPPORT WITH PROPERTY OWNER AS WELL. I WOULD RECCOMEND THIS PROPERTY TO ANYONE. THIS PLACE WOULD BE A GREAT PLACE FOR FAMILY AND OR FRIENDS TO GET TOGETHER. MY WIFE AND I WERE THERE FOR OUR WEDDING ANNIVERSARY AND TRULY ENJOYED OURSELVES.
