House was in a good location and beach front was nice. The house and decor are dated, the TVs didn’t have cable and only one was a smart TV that we were able to log into our home Hulu account. The upstairs AC went out, but the rental company did a great job of getting someone out to repair it within a few hours of us calling.

Great place to stay in Gulf Shores

The house has everything you need to cook and eat meals. Plenty of seating for our group of 9 to eat together. Rooms were good size and the master bedroom was great. The patio offers great ocean views with lots of seating. Would stay at this property again.

The accommodations were excellent. The house had everything we needed and more. Based on the furnishing in the house it looked like an interior designer did it. For as beautiful as the house is I thought the eating area in the kitchen area (table not bar area ) was too small. It had 4 chairs but only 3 were really useable. Everything, the laundry facilities, the stove, oven, micro wave and dishwasher worked just great and were used a lot. China, silverware, cooking utensils for fine in both quality and quantity. My daughter and grandkids (boy 18 & girl 16) joined us. They had a good time on the beach.

Great location, terrible amenities

First off the house is awesome, great location, walk right on to the beach from the back porch. The biggest issue is the lack of basic items like trash bags for the kitchen trash, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, coffee filters, etc. when you're paying top dollar to rent a house, it should have the basic necessities. One trip to Costco and you'd have the house stocked with these items for most of the year.

Fantastic House!

The location was perfect. The home was oh so lovely, we enjoyed every moment! Plenty of room, lots of time spent on the beach, and on the porch. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, I loved the kitchen and cooked several meals. An unusual thing was the internet would go out every day at 2PM and come back up around 7PM. We also had several family members with great toe injuries sustained from the refrigerator door which rides too close to the floor. And in spite of this, it was A wonderful trip

We had a great week with our kids and grands. The house is very spacious. The only complaints I had was the bathroom on bottom floor has no closets or bathroom. Beds weren’t very comfortable. We had an ant problem, but it was taken care of in a timely manner. The internet and tv was rarely working.

My family really enjoyed the house. I called on 2 occasions about ants in the house. Sunday morning, they had gotten into some of our food, and it had to be thrown out. They were in the bedrooms and bathrooms, even in the beds. Noone ever responded to my calls. We fought them all week. When you pay the rate we pay for a week, you don't expect this type of situation. I have given you a good rating, in hopes of goodness from Beachball Properties. We have even recommended your company to numerous friends.

Pretty good overall. The 2nd “bedroom” on main level did not have a closet. The 3rd bedroom upstairs did not have a dresser. Great location on the beach though!

Wonderful trip

Unbelievable location with being right on the ocean, extremely quiet with no one within 100 yards of us most days (even over the weekend) and close enough to gulf shores to be able to run and grab anything in about 15 minutes. Highly recommend for families as layout works with master being upstairs with 2 other bedrooms that have multiple beds for younger kids. Also has bedroom downstairs that the grandparents stayed in.

Beautiful beach house

This house has the perfect location, right on the beach! Our family really enjoyed staying here. It was very clean and the kitchen was equipped with almost everything we needed. We hope to be able to spend a week here again in the future.
