Welcome to our luxurious 7-bedroom beach home in North Topsail Beach, NC! Designed to accommodate up to 18 guests, our newly constructed vacation home is the perfect escape for families, friends, and large groups looking for a relaxing and enjoyable beach getaway.

As soon as you enter the home, you'll be greeted by a spacious and open-concept living area that boasts ample seating, natural light, and modern decor. The fully-equipped kitchen comes complete with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar, making it easy for you to prepare meals and entertain guests. The home also features an elevator, making it accessible to all guests.

Each of the 7 bedrooms are tastefully decorated, comfortably furnished, and offer plenty of storage space. The master suite features a king-size bed, a private balcony with breathtaking ocean views, and an en-suite bathroom. The remaining 6 bedrooms consist of 4 additional king beds, a queen bed with twin bunk, and a bunk room with 4 twin beds. Additionally, a rollaway bed is available for use as needed, sleeping a total of 18 guests. All bedrooms and living areas are equipped with smart TVs, so you can stay connected and enjoy your favorite shows during your stay.

Step outside and you'll find large decks with plenty of seating, a charcoal grill, and an outdoor shower, perfect for al fresco dining and relaxation after a day at the beach. Enjoy a refreshing drink at the ground floor outdoor bar. Plus, there are an outdoor pool and hot tub!

But the fun doesn't stop there! Our house is also equipped with ping pong, foosball, and a video game system, providing hours of entertainment for guests of all ages. Additional amenities include linens and towels, a washer and dryer, a wagon, and beach goodies, making your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Parking is available in the driveway for 6 cars and the home is equipped with elevator access.

Was quite comfortable for everone. Plenty of dishes, utensils and serving dishes.The non-stick frypans definitely need to be replaced. Except for the smallest one, they are useless. And if you would add a few pavers betwwen the pool deck and the tiki bar, i think you would have less sand and dirt in the pool and in the house. Just a few suggestions. Great vacation with family!

Grandparents hosting Family

Great week with 3 adult children, their spouses and 7 grandkids. House was clean with plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms and well stocked. Front view of ocean and rear view marsh. Only disappointments were 1) the four large outdoor trashcans were full from prior guests. Host was responsive and promised to get it picked up but after piling our trash on top for two days, we rolled it out for normal day pickup. 2) the hot tub was filthy but Host sent someone to drain it on 2nd day. 3) The pool had not been cleaned and the bottom could not be seen. Finally, the pool people came and changed the filter but did not vacuum the bottom. I was disappointed but the family made the most of the situation. 4) had towel loop fell into sink and towel bar loose in another bathroom. The last four days were great. Easy access to beach. Could have been superb week if property management had done their job. Recommend adding a 2nd refridgerator to the 7 bedroom house.

Son’s Retirement from the Marine Corps

The property was perfect for our family. Plenty of room for all 13 of us. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to prepare most of our meals there which allowed us to have more time together. The hot tub was a popular spot. The weather was very cold but the tub was perfect! Would definitely book this property again.

Great house near the beach!

We stayed at the home for a week, and it was roomy enough for a family vacation. Close to the beach, and pool for the kids was a gret bonus.

Almost perfect

Had enough room for our group of 17. We were disappointed that the grill was unusable due to it being very rusted. They attempted to clean it up but it was too far gone. Which was unfortunate because 2 of our planned dinners needed the use of the grill. And then the Murphy bed they advertise is not actually a Murphy bed. It’s a roll away. Other than that it was a very nice, well kept place and we enjoyed our vacation immensely!

2024 Spring Break Vacation

The host, Neil, was very pleasant to work with and the home is spacious and clean. The beach is a short walk away and we were able to view dolphins from our balcony. The children really enjoyed the jacuzzi and games present. It was too cold to enjoy the pool but it was warmed as requested. The elevator was convenient for my mom who recently had surgery and we appreciated having a grill on the premises. Restaurants and grocery stores were within 5-10 minutes of driving. I definitely recommend this home for your vacation needs and look forward to returning during the summer months.

Awesome vacation

We had a perfect vacation at this beautiful home. It was perfect for our large group of family and friends. Neil was very responsive and was a pleasure to work with. Mattresses were perfect for a good night’s sleep. More than enough utensils were available to use. Kids had a blast using the hot tub. You won’t be disappointed!

Our families had a great time at the Ocean Pearl!! The brand new home was immaculately clean and well-maintained. The games provided were a hit with both adults and kids. Overall, we had an amazing stay at the Ocean Pearl and would highly recommend it to other families looking for a relaxing and enjoyable beach vacation. We can't wait to come back and check out the pool when it's finished. It will be a great addition to the house. We appreciated the beach goodies like the wagon and chairs and all the helpful things in the kitchen. The ocean views were a nice bonus as well as the elevator for our elderly family members.

Awesome beach house!

As a busy mother and professional, I was in desperate need of a relaxing vacation and the Ocean Pearl beach house exceeded all of my expectations. The brand new home was clean and well-maintained, making it the perfect spot for my family to unwind. The games room was a hit with both my children and my husband. The kitchen was well-equipped and the beach extras like the wagon and chairs were a thoughtful touch. The elevator was a lifesaver for my elderly mother-in-law. Overall, we had a fantastic stay at the Ocean Pearl and I would highly recommend it to any family looking for a comfortable and luxurious beach vacation.
