Beautiful, 3BR, 2.5B home with something that is hard to fine just steps from the beach, a LARGE, private outdoor space with heated pool and bathhouse. This one-story house sleeps 6. The house has undergone an extensive renovation project. Everything has been redone and furnished with a tasteful high-end interior design. The property is located near St. Andrews State Park and is in walking distance to several bars and restaurants for the adult visitors. For the children’s entertainment there is a boardwalk style family entertainment park with games, rides, go karts, miniature golf. Within a short 5-minute drive you can explore all the entertainment and other popular Panama City Beach attractions.

The House has an open floor plan. The kitchen is large and fully stocked with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, large island with seating for 4, dining table for 6, which doubles as a great area for family game night.

Free unlimited WI-FI and 5 smart TVs. Hulu is included. Off street parking. Please review our pictures and location on the map and we are sure you with agree that this is a perfect house to vacation in the beautiful white sandy emerald beach of Panama City Beach.

The property was great, we didn’t have any major issues during our stay. The back yard/patio area is definitely the centerpiece. We spent a ton of time hanging out in the backyard and around the pool.The beach is truly a 5 minute walk away and the property owners provided a beach cart and an assortment of beach toys, umbrellas, floats, etc. The kitchen was well stocked with the basics plus some additional odds and ends. Overall I highly recommend!

Best Family Beach Trip

We had a great time! The kitchen was large enough to handle three cooks. There's several eating/sitting areas. Loved the round table in the dining room b/c it allowed us to all talk together. The pool is awesome! We swam and played everyday. The beach is super close. It's a very short walk. There are tv's in two sitting areas so adults could watch one and children could watch the other. The property is as great as the pictures!

Great location and amenities

The location was perfect for what we needed for a girls weekend. Steps from the beach and a block from Alibi bar. The house and yard were PERFECT! The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were super comfy. All around 10/10!

Amazing property!!

This house was amazing as well as its proximity to the beach! Every bed was extremely comfortable, which is huge for us!! The heat in the pool was a game changer, as we ended up spending a lot of time in it that we wouldn’t have if the water had been cold. The beach wasn’t crowded any of the times we went, which was amazing!! The property manager was wonderful and quick to respond to any text sent. The only downfall for us was the group of very loud college boys staying at the property next to us, but that has nothing to do with the property and it certainly didn’t stop us from enjoying our time here. We will definitely be back. Thank you, Dave!!

Beautiful Home-Great Location

The house was so well appointed! If we had not brought a thing, we would have needed nothing! The communication was great! I would definitely rent again! The pool was fantastic and the beach was so close. WE had a wonderful vacation!

Perfect location!

House was exactly as pictured, and in the perfect location! We were just a short walk to the beach, but still close enough to everything we wanted to do. We absolutely loved the pool and utilized it daily. Would definitely recommend!

I really enjoyed how close the home is to the beach. We had a few issues, but Mr. David was there in a hurry and resolved the issues quickly without disturbing our vacation.

Panama City Paradise!

Our family absolutely loved staying at this property for our Panama City Beach vacation! The house was exceptional and very clean, the kids enjoyed the pool and backyard, and the location was perfect. The neighborhood is quiet and the beach is just a short walk away. We also appreciated the use of the beach wagons, chairs, boogie boards, and toys! This place is perfect for a family vacation!

This house was simply amazing. My family and I can't say enough about it! The private pool in the back was just the right size alone with the back patio where we spent majority of our time when we were at the house. Access to the beach is just right across the street. If you're looking for a private getaway with peace and close access to the beach, book this property. I promise you wont be disappointed!!!!!!

Nice house and great location

Our stay at this rental was very enjoyable. It was really nice having our own pool and the back patio/pool area had a really nice layout. Having the outdoor shower was a major plus and the walk across the quiet street to the beach area was not a problem at all. The location of this house was great being on a seemingly quiet portion of the beach and super easy to get to pontoon rental to make a day of boating to Shell Island.

Amazing home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The property is in a great location, just steps away from the beach. The fenced in yard was amazing with a pool...we barely left the property because it has everything you need! We will definitely be back again!

PCB Getaway

Well appointed newly renovated home with great patio, kitchen and pool area. So glad the house was cozy because it was a little colder than usual. Teens loved the proximity to all the action and the privacy of the pool area. Nice stay overall!
