Formally known as The King House, this is a fully-restored home in 12 South. If the walls could speak, they would surely share stories rich in history, laced with diversity and inclusivity. Now home to two widely recognized creatives, this lower level space was both uniquely and artistically designed. With each turn you will feel the effort that went in to making this a memorable experience for all. From the amazing home theater, to the thoughtfully designed rooms, this is an artist retreat.

Welcome to The King House: A place where Oprah danced, Roy Orbison sang, a Nashville Mayor and Civil Rights protestors met and all were welcomed.
Boasting 2,200 square feet, this lower level remodel is nestled in a quiet, historic, residential area, yet only a short walk from the award-winning restaurants and shops on 12 South. With plenty of space for larger groups, and a fenced in patio, this home is sure to provide a relaxing environment between sightseeing.
