Welcome to this stunning 4-bedroom, 2-full-bath house nestled in the heart of Indio.
As you step into the backyard, you'll discover a true oasis awaiting you. The enchanting ambiance is set by delicate string lights that create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Perfect for entertaining or relaxation, the backyard features a sparkling pool and a rejuvenating Jacuzzi, allowing you to unwind and soak up the California sun. Additionally, a fire pit provides a cozy gathering spot for friends and family, creating memorable evenings under the stars. A charming gazebo, adorned with comfortable patio furniture, invites you to enjoy al fresco dining or simply lounge in style.
Inside, the converted garage has been transformed into a fabulous game room, providing endless entertainment possibilities for both children and adults alike.

Pool Rules

All persons using the pool, do so at their own risk. Indio oasis or Mika H Mikayelyan are not responsible for any incidents or injuries. No glass, food, or drink in the pool.Pool/ Spa
There is a daily charge of $115/day for both pool and spa heat. Please note that this property gets weekly pool service by Victor on Mondays and Thursdays.
Parking.

There is 3 parking spots in the driveway. If you have additional cars, there is plenty of street parkings. We are pet friendly with a pet fee of $50 .
Pool Liability Waiver SWIMMING POOL WAIVER AND RELEASE OF ALL CLAIMS AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK ("Waiver &Release") In utilizing the swimming pool amenities ("pool"), you Will be expressly assuming the risk, legal liability, waiver,And release of all claims for injuries, damages, loss or Death which you, your family members, guests, invitees. And licensees (collectively, "Pool Area Users") might Sustain as a result of utilizing any and all amenities. Connected with and associated with the pool. Spa and the Pool Area Users agree to abide with the rules of The pool ("Pool Rules"). I Understand that landlord, its Officials, directors, agents, employees, volunteers and Representatives (collectively, "landlord") retain the right To restrict access to the pool for the failure of any person to comply with the Pool rules. WARNING! THERE ARE OBVIOUS KNOWN DANGERS
INHERENT IS SWIMMING ACTIVITIES. FOR EXAMPLE:
PHYSICAL INJURY, AND IN SOME CASES, DEATH.
I. INDEMNIFICATION AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY
In exchange for the landlord allowing me to voluntarily
Utilize the pool, I understand and agree to:
ASSUME AND ACCEPT ALL RISKS arising out of, Associated with or related to my and the Pool Area Users'
Use of the pool, even though such risks may have been
Caused by the negligence of the Landlord;

BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS OR
DAMAGE which I and the Pool Area Users may sustain
while using the pool, even though such injury, damage,
loss or death may have been caused by the negligence of
the Landlord;
INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS Landlord from any
And all claims, demands, actions, liability or costs,
Including attorneys' fees, which might arise out of my or
The Pool Area Users' use of the pool, even though such
Claims, demands, actions and costs may have been
Caused by the negligence of the Landlord.
a) has the effect of releasing, discharging, waiving, and
forever relinquishing any and all actions or causes of
action that I may have or have had, whether past,
present or future, whether known or unknown, and, whether anticipated or unanticipated by me, arising
out of my or the Pool Users' use of the pool;
b) constitutes a complete release, discharge and waiver
of any and all actions or causes of action against
Landlord;
c) applies to personal injury, property damage, or
wrongful death which I and the Pool Area Users may
suffer, even if caused by the negligent acts or
omissions of others;
d) is an affirmative representation that I am assuming
full responsibility for any and all risk of death or
or personal injury or property damage suffered by me
and the Pool Users while utilizing the pool; and
e) is binding on me, my spouse, my heirs, my personal
representatives, my assigns, my children and any
Guardian ad litem for said children.
I. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
I acknowledge that by using the pool I have read this
Waiver & Release and that I understand the words and language in it. I further understand that this waiver &
Release is intended to be broad and inclusive and
Governed by the laws of the state of California, and i
agree that if any portion is held invalid, the remainder
of the Waiver & Release will continue in full legal force
and effect. I further agree that the venue for any legal
proceedings shall be in the county of Los Angeles, State
of California.
I have read and fully understand the above important
information, the potential dangers incidental to using
the pool, the warning of risks, assumption of risk and
Waiver & Release of all claims, and I voluntarily choose
to use the Pool.

5 Star Stay

We had a fabulous stay at Mika’s property. The home was very clean and well decorated. We really enjoyed spending time outdoors in the wonderful backyard lounging around the pool. Mika was very responsive and attentive starting when we first booked and throughout our stay. We would highly recommend staying here.

After assessing what was in the kitchen upon arrival: there were 8 of us (rental sleeps 8) and only 4 coffee mugs and 4 forks (owner 2 days later sent additional items via Amazon). Kurig didn’t work on counter but found another one in pantry that worked. The dishwasher did not work through our stay (not hooked up to water?). Need to pay extra to heat pool/hot tub; did not activate that service since I did not know this in advance. Tall weeds all over the front yard and back yard; not well kept. Outdoor trash bins were full. Did not have enough bath towels (never had hand towels); 2 days later found more bath towels in dryer that had not been removed before our arrival. Did not have wash cloths or dish rags for kitchen (owner 2 days later sent via Amazon). Master bed frame not sturdy and found planks in garage to add for additional braces for the bed frame. Refrigerator water dispenser did not work. No tv remotes for bedrooms. Owner fairly responsive but items missing should have already been in the home. FYI…it is necessary to walk through a bedroom to get to a back bedroom. There are no dressers in all 4 bedrooms. Very few, if any, hangers in closets.

The place was nice am mostly clean… it could use a deep clean. It was very dusty. On the positive, the host was attentive and when there were ants in the kitchen, a package was delivered with ant traps.

We appreciate the communication with the host. She extended many kind gestures- early check in and waived the pet fee. Unfortunately the house was not clean- there was dust everywhere, and many items did not work. Hopefully this will help for future stays.

Wonderful vacation home

where do I begin? I knew it was going to be a great experience the minute I reached out to the property manager. Mika got back to me within minutes and answered to all my questions. The property was so clean, bedsheets were soft and the beds were comfortable.They have a full kitchen with cooking pans and pots so we were able to stay in grill and cook with my friends. we had such a great time in their backyard. The pool was clean and big enough for all of us. They got a cool game room with so many different board games. We are definitely going to book this house for our next staycation.

Coachella stay

The location was really convenient and check-in was a breeze. The outdoor and pool area were really fantastic for hanging out and the living room/kitchen are really spacious with a ton of natural light. There were also plenty of extra blankets and towels (pool and bath towels). However, a couple things about the house didn't feel great. One bed was really uncomfortable, it seemed like the mattress might have been dented or broken. Two of the bedrooms (2 beds in each) are connected, so you have to walk from one bedroom through the other to get to the hallway/bathroom which was a bit inconvenient and not super evident from the photos. The bedsheets weren't that clean and we felt like we had to brush some visible dust/dirt off of them before lying down. It was difficult to get the hot water running for one of the showers and the water dispenser on the fridge wasn't working. However, the property manager was very responsive and a maintenance worker came by to take a look the next day and brought a case of water, although we didn't get it working by the end of our stay. Overall we enjoyed our stay but felt a little stressed out by some things not working/seeming as intended.
