Great location, loved the pool and hot tub! Our second time staying at this home. However, there are a lot of maintenance issues that need to be addressed, it would then be a 5 star accommodation!

Unacceptable and Unsafe

If I could give this 0 stars, I would. Home was not ready at check in, unclean and not in safe condition. Safety concerns: Front door handle was disconnected from door. Electrical outlet cover was broken with wires exposed, tiles in pool were unattached and laying onto of other tiles which could easily cause a fall. Cleanliness concerns: We found artificial fingernails in carpet, stains on backsplash, windows were too flithy to operate, window blinds were covered in dust and sediment, there was a broken TV laying in the back yard, and plenty more. We stayed 1 night of an 8 night reservation. IT WAS THAT BAD. Owner refused any refund. Management company claimed that they could do nothing about a refund. Never had this experience at a VRBO. So very disappointing.

Overall good experience

The house is a nice size and seems to be fairly newly renovated. Great layout! Perfect for entertaining and/or families. Nice pool, jacuzzi, fire pit and mini golf. The only negative was the house wasn't very clean. Although it had newer finishes, the home was pretty dirty. No mattress covers on the beds, only a thing fitted sheets. Bed side tables weren't wiped down from last guests. Toilets and showers weren't cleaned. Still hair from last guest and an unflushed toilet. Yikes! Need to get a good cleaning crew in there to do a thorough cleaning.

House was clean. Rooms were good size. Only issue was Patio door to pool was very difficult to open. 10am check out time is a little challenging.

Great For Family

This is a perfect house for family fun. We had our 3 grandsons, along with our daughter and son in law with us. The kids had a blast in the pool. This home is very comfortable. There is plenty of space with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The property manager was always available to answer any questions we had.

Beautiful and spacious

We are a group of women who were getting together after 30 years. The house was perfect - large socializing living and kitchen space, comfortable bedrooms, and a very warm pool that we spent hours floating and chatting in.

Very nice pool with a convenient outdoor fridge. Kitchen was put together well and we were able to cook many meals there. We loved this place. Thanks!

Perfect getaway for our family

This was the perfect house for our Palm Springs Getaway. 8 adults and a toddler fit very comfortably and we never felt on top of each other. Amazing amenities that made the whole experience felt luxurious. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

You won' t want to leave this house!

Bad News: We never saw much of Indio (except for a departing, delicious Date Milkshake at Shields - worth the stop) Good News: The property is so relaxing and rejuvenating, we didn't want to leave it to explore the area! And if you're lucky enough to stay here, you won't want to leave either! The property is absolutely spotlessly clean and beautiful! It starts by driving into a quiet and pristine neighborhood and goes throughout the house to the amazing backyard oasis. My husband and I felt so lucky to have found this place. We came as a last-minute, 2-night stopover from Santa Fe to Pasa Robles. A few of the ways we felt pampered in this home include: a garage to keep the car cool, and also allow us not to have to unpack EVERYTHING!; gorgeous decorations that made the place feel comfortable - but not cluttered; a huge kitchen with tons of counter space and supplies (including so many coffee choices); the central living space (kitchen, dining and living) is open and spacious ( I can see a bigger group having a blast here.) and you can even watch a movie on TV while cleaning up; and the primary bedroom suite was huge (comfy, king bed, chairs, plenty of dressers, walk-in closet, 2 sinks, separate shower and dressing table), private (dble doors between you and other guests - if you have them), and sliding door and view of the back yard. We didn't stay in the other bedrooms, but they were all so expertly decorated and spotlessly clean that we can imagine friends wanting to stay here with us. Of course, the backyard was the highlight of the property. We literally spent most of our time out there - napping/reading in the sun or shade, or swimming in the heated pool. I was even able to do a little swimming in the morning before departing which was such a relaxing way to start the day. The backyard is very private, filled with many seating areas, and fully stocked with lounge chairs, tables, fluffy towels, blankets, umbrellas, grille, fire pit, and other things we didn't use, but others might enjoy. Thank you, Sarah for fitting us in and allowing us into this wonderful oasis to recharge! We hope we can return one day!

Great Golf Retreat

The property was exactly as described in the VRBO listing, clean, well stocked and very comfortable. Outside space was resort like and complete with a practice green for putting contests, fun for our gals golf foursome.
