NEW LISTING! Beautiful one bedroom, two bathroom condo just steps from the beach. The bedroom includes two double sized beds. In the kitchen you will find a two burner stove top for quick meals. Also included is a refrigertaor, microwave, and a LARGE toaster oven. This condo has an outdoor pool open during seasonal hours and washer and dryers on site. Enjoy the beautiful oceanviews from the private balcony.
PLEASE NOTE THE RESORT DOESN'T ALLOW TRAILERS OR MOTORCYCLES ON THE PROPERTY.

The location was good. Restaurant and shops in walking distance. Its not on the beach but still able to see the water. The beach was just a short walk away. Only issue is the water in the condo was not hot.

Our condo was clean and more than we expected. Very affordable. Plenty of room. It really was walking distance to the beach. Our host was amazing!!! I will be booking there again.

Would rent again!

We came down to for a college tour of Coastal Carolina University and decided it would be nice to stay right in Myrtle. Loved the location, within walking distance to the beach. I don’t mind if I have to drive for other activities, but I do mind driving to the beach. The view from the balcony was awesome. Kelly was great at keeping us informed about check-in and anything else we needed to know.

Exactly what we needed

This property had everything we needed. We loved how close it was to the ocean. It was far enough away from the boardwalk but close enough that it was just a few minutes drive to the attraction. Would highly recommend and would stay here again.

Perfect little getaway

This place was absolutely perfect for a group of friends on a small getaway to the beach! Very clean and comfy, and short distance to the beach and everything else! We really enjoyed our stay!

Excellent Accommodation and Location

The condo was clean, and just perfect. It was comfortable and in walking distance to the beach. Easy to access everything in the area.

Love visiting the beach

Place was a great place to stay for short stay. Need to have better utencils for cooking. Unfortunately we did not get to enjoy the balcony because of smokers. Kelly was fantastic.

Best View of the Atlantic.

Our first rental, NOT FROM theses owners canceled our trip last min. So to find one this amazing last minute made it even better. This family vacation was amazing. The view the area the room all of it. Not to mention the owners were very understanding as we had a 12 hour drive from home. It was perfect location for the beach. Walk out the condos n the public beach access was right there. I would definitely recommend this condo for any family with kids. We closed off the room and in between it was liek our own little apartment with the kids still there. Wonderful trip overall. The owners even messaged me to let me know the condo was ready incase we needed to stay instead of driving so long. How sweet was that. Southern Hospitality at its finest. Mike was amazing as well (Maintenance)

2023 Vacation Trip

We had a wonder 4 day stay. The condo unit was very clean. We had excellent communication with everyone. Listing was precise. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely be staying here again. No issues with parking availability either.
