We are centrally located in the heart of Scottsdale only minutes away from Old Town where you will find the city's most popular attractions and nightlife. We are the perfect getaway for relaxation, family retreats or a trip with friends. Enjoy our HEATED POOL (at no extra charge), large covered outdoor seating area, yard games and more! This recently renovated 2000 sqft home has 4 bedrooms that sleeps 12 in beds, plus 2 on a queen air mattress. We offer a fully equipped, HUGE chef's kitchen, extra large dining table that seats 12-14 people, and plenty of room for everyone to hangout and relax. Spend time in our living room (which has 3 couches) playing games, watching Netflix or FuboTV, or just relaxing with family and friends. We just fully remodeled the backyard including a full pool refurbishment, new turf, shade structure, and furniture. It's spacious and offers either sun or shade, whatever you prefer!

Each bedroom is equipped with a large mirror and multiple hooks so that there is plenty of space for large groups to all get ready at the same time if needed. There are two full bathrooms where we provide a blow dryer, hair straightener, curling iron and makeup mirror to get ready for your night out on the town!

Traveling with small children? We provide a pack n' play, high chair, booster seat, kids dishware and tons of games. Traveling with your dog? Our home is dog-friendly (with an added fee - no other animals allowed) and includes an indoor XL crate, dog bed and dish for water and food.

Other things to note:
This home is equipped with a Smart TV in the very spacious living room w/ three couches. Ceiling fans in every room. In-home washer and dryer. Iron and ironing board. Garage remote available for your use during your stay. The kitchen is HUGE with a walk around island and plenty of space for everyone to hangout, make cocktails, and cook.

We have security cameras located in the front and backyard. No cameras are inside the house. The purpose of these cameras is to secure our home while we are not home (not to spy!). If our security cameras or occupancy meter are tampered with, it is an automatic $250 fine.

Our property is dog-friendly. If you will be bringing your dog, please reach out to us for the breed/weight restrictions and the associated pet fee.
