This was perfect for spring break with my family of 7. The beach was easily accessible, a variety of pools available. It was quiet and relaxing, but also gave the older kids an opportunity to walk to some shops and restaurants.

Great Villa and location

I had great communication with the Host. The ease if check in was excellent. The Villa was adequately eqipped for everything we needed. The location was perfect for our dance convention with being able to quickly walk to the convention center and just a short walk to the beach.

Perfect location

This villa was just what we needed for our vacation/ dance competition stay. This villa is close to both the convention center and the bridge to the beach. We will definitely be back!

Great location

The property has a wonderful ocean front resort style pool. Nice restaraunt at on the beach, with lots of activities, like live music and smores for the kids. The par 3 golf course is just big enough to be enhoyable and the presence of watwr on most holes made it a challenge. The property is close to many off site activities as well. The only issues I had with the place was the refrigerator was broken so we had to eat out for every meal the first two days. That was not in our plan/budget. It was the main reason we got a conod instead of a hotel. The place wasnt dirty but thry had some things over looked. My kids found some chewing tobacco in the couch and a the place does not have a broom. The other thing that really bothered me was the gym costs $15 per day per person or they have some discounted rates if tou book it for the week or do a family deal. I dont know how much the tennis and basketball courts were but they had a charge as well. Even dumpy motels dont charge for an amentety like a gym or tennis courts if they use that to lure you there. There are plenty of gyms in walking distance to all condos in Panama City so why list it as an amenity if its a pay per use facility. Atleast put it in the description.

Edgewater Villa

The villa was perfect. It’s bottom floor (so that means you can hear top floor guests- there was a lot of noise from kids playing but no big deal). It’s the closest villa to the walkover bridge to the beach. Nice decor. Comfortable furniture. Spacious kitchen. We didn’t cook so not sure of cookware. First bedroom had a comfy queen bed and a bunk with full and twin. Teenagers said it slept good. Big closet but no drawers except small ones on bunk. Bathroom accessible from bedroom or hallway (two doors), tub/shower combo. Master king bed was very comfy. Huge bathroom with only shower and nice big closet. Plenty of drawers. Patio had plenty of seating. Edgewater is my fav because I feel safe and comfortable with the 24/7 gated areas. Landscape is always beautiful. The lagoon pool is busy so get there early if you want a lounge chair by the pool. The restaurant is ok. It was nice having the drink bar and the small store/starbucks (closes at 3pm). This condo did have some air conditioning issues so we were without air for 24hrs. Not a big deal in March but would have been an issue in summer. The rental company were very responsive and had a tech out twice to repair. They even reimbursed me for fan purchases. We did have several issues with the door code so I had to be reset many times. That was a hassle with a house full of teenagers and the code constantly changing. But the rental company always responded timely and got the code reset within minutes. Be sure to memorize the code!
