Your perfect golf and beach vacation is here at Edgewater Resort and Vacation Life Properties! The best of Panama City Beach is right here in this gorgeous 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath ground- floor condominium that has everything you need for an amazing vacation. All you need is your beach towels and golf clubs!

Step into your property and you will notice the open layout and comfortable feel. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make coffee in the mornings to full meals after a long day at the beach. The living area has a large TV, which is perfect for movie nights, and plenty of seating for everyone! The Master Bedroom features a King bed and its own en suite bathroom. The Guest Room has 2 Queen beds, its own TV as well as an additional bathroom just steps away!

The Beach and all amenities are within walking distance or a short ride in the complimentary tram service. Beach side, you'll find a spectacular Lagoon Pool, 11 Pools and 4 Hot Tubs. Take a break at Ocean's Bar & Grill, Paradise Pizza, Blender's Poolside Bar or at Edgie's Corner Market, featuring Starbucks, Ice Cream Parlor & Bakery. Take a break from the beach and spend some family time at the Arcade, Splash Pad or Sky Trail Rope Course. Pamper yourself at the Spa and Beauty Salon. If sports and fitness are your passion, you can enjoy a round of golf on the Par 3 Executive 9 hole Golf Course, a game of Tennis on Plexicushion Courts, or play some shuffle board or basketball. The Club offers a great workout at the Fitness Center, and the Pro Shop has everything you need for equipment.

Relax after a long fun day in the sun and order Room Service from the resort restaurants, or stay in and cook in your well appointed, modern kitchen. Whether you stay in or decide to venture out, you are just moments away from all the action in PCB.

The Club fitness center fee is $15 a day per person or $50 a week per unit.

Our Favorite Vacation Place!!!

We absolutely loved everything! The closest feeling to being “home” away from home. Definitely didn't want to leave. The resort amenities are amazing and the home was decorated beautifully.

Great stay

We really enjoyed our week long stay here. The villa was great, very nice and clean. Plenty of space for our family of four. We were able to play tennis and golf multiple days. The walk to the beach and pool wasn't too bad. They also have golf carts to drive you over if you prefer. Lots of restaurants and family activities close by.

Nice stay

The villa was nice, but could use some modifications. The second bedroom was fine, but limited outlets and zero mirrors. Please put a mirror in this room! Also the entire villa needs more hooks for storage. Please add hooks on the wall in the bathroom and entire villa. When we got there the dryer didn't work. A replacement was delivered on Friday afternoon, but it was inconvenient not to be able to do laundry until the last day.

National Softball Tournament Trip

The villa is very nice and the check in and check out processes were very easy. We had two families staying together for a softball tournament and it was spacious enough to accommodate our needs. The location is very convenient to the two parks we were playing at: Panama City Beach Sports Complex and Frank Brown Park. It is also convenient to Pier Park and for beach access. The kitchen has ample dishes, pots and pans and cooking utensils. The kids loved the local wildlife (turtles and ducks) and the pool at the main part of the resort was very nice. My only two recommendations would be for the owners to look into having the dryer serviced as it took multiple cycles (3-4) to get a load of laundry or towels dry and for there to be a broom in the property. We had to purchase one so we could make sure the floors stayed clean. Overall and enjoyable stay and I would not hesitate to stay again!

Extremely dirty

This property was so dirty . I have two small children and their feet were completely black . The countertops weren’t even wiped off let alone sanitized . The showers both had hair in them and all of the screen doors were barely functioning . Back room fan was broke and was so hot . We asked management to come back and clean and when we told them no one had been there they stated they had a video from the housekeeper of her cleaning . We then took a swifter (that we bought) and mopped the floor and sent a picture of the black mop in which they just replied “the house keeper took pictures “ . They never offered anything to make up for the disgusting state the property was in nor asked if they could help. We cleaned the entire place and our kids feet were still black so it’s clear that floor hadn’t been cleaned in months . We will never rent from this company again .

My honest review

I feel like I’m in the land of nuts where everybody is trying to be be KING OF STUPID… trying to get a simple car pass, what a vacation. Gary from Vacation life properties at customer service said “it’s not my policy it’s guess services.”…Customer service?…OK Ya right. First nominee: Then Guest services; went to get a extra car pass “Nothing I can do about it sir”…guest services right…What kind of service is that? Second nomination: Front desk; went to the receptionist to ask for an extra car pass. “Are you a guest?”, “Yes”…”Can’t help you, you have to go to guess services.”…Here we go again. Nobody I mean nobody is willing to take charge. I’ve been here multiple times never had any trouble getting an extra pass. If I would have been told no extra pass weeks ago when I asked I could have made arrangements. That is one thing but now I’m stuck in the land of nuts with my daughter’s car across the street…no fun…hope it’s not impounded. Probably get the same treatment at the impound lot. Now the room was nice TV didn’t work in the master bedroom. That’s a Problem when you want to watch the Georgia game. Went in the living room for some reason cable TV is not cool anymore. Couldn’t find the game on all the apps none with local channels or whatever you need to watch the game. Bed was terrible in the master 3 pillows two people wife wins. I not that much of a pessimist, I promise but, you ask. You need better staff, better TV, more comfortable beds. Other than that pretty nice. Thanks for hearing me out.

Edgewater Needs Improvements - will not be back

First, ratings reflect the unit and resort, not so much the property manager or the owner. I couldn't recommend staying at any of the golf villa/condos at Edgewater. These are older condos and not as nice for the price as what we are use to from Orlando or Smokey Mountain area. The communication between the resort, property manager and owner is lacking. We had construction above us the entire time (8 nights), including both weekend days and starting earlier than 7am and going after 9 pm another night. I've been a property manager and worked in local government with issues like noise. We understood work has to be done, but it was clearly outside the city code hours and the resorts on quiet hours. Obviously there's no coordination between units like I've experienced at other resorts. This is likely because the resort was the property manager, instead of a 3rd party out of the area. I was told by the property management rep that they couldn't do anything and talk to the resort, which I had already attempted and did again. One conversation with a gate guard and I could tell he knew neither city noise code (as they should as the reference point for these complaints). One said the will allow workers to work weekends and other hours for emergencies. As I told him, it was clearly not an emergency, it was an update to the property. I could explain in more detail, but its clearly they were lackadaisical about these issues. Another reason I wouldn't rent from that side of the resort again. Pay a couple thousand for a trip and take off 6 days of work off to relax and no one can help find relief? That's not a resort in my book. Horrible overall setup. I'd rent from the manager again, and the owner isn't doing anything wrong, but unfortumately my family will not stay at this unit or any other in golf side at Edgewater again. *Sidenote, room for improvement in the communication process for the property manager. I had to go from a call, to a VM to texting someone. It'd be better just to cut to the chase and do text, as it felt like incessant hoops. They did answer though, regardless of the final resolution so I would not have issue with dealing with them again.

Access

The property was very nice. It was an easy drive over to the main resort to enjoy the beach and pool. They do have a trolly (large golf cart) that is available to drive you over but we found using our vehicle was easier. The property was great but does need a good deep clean. Everything you need in a kitchen and more! The decor is spot on and the turtles in the little lake loved to be fed!

Clean and accurate

Pro: This property was very clean. Lots of extra towels and pillows. Cons: The wifi never worked. We called and someone was supposed to come but we never saw anyone. No broom! We had to vacuum the sand. Long walk across the road to the beach. The trams were busy and full all the time(not owners fault, just busy time!). With 4 small kids, it was a workout! Also, the pond was nice but the frogs at night were so loud that they woke everyone up multiple times at night (completely beyond the owners control but be aware!)

Homey and comfortable

I really wanted to be ON the beach during our stay, but the cost of doing so was out of our budget. We found this condo, located on a golf course lake with a pleasant, calming fountain right outside and decided to try it. The community where it is located is much quieter than staying on the beach would've been. However, the beach is a 5 minute walk or 2-3 minute golf cart ride away. So it was convenient. The owner was very responsive to my texts and questions. The decor was beachy but comfortable, not cheesy. Overall, we would stay there again if we chose to go back to PCB.

First time at PCB

The condo we rented was great! The accessibility to everything at EDGEWATER and that particular area of the beach was great. We even drove down to Destin to check out that area as well the day the double red flags were flying. We did clean the place ourselves when we arrived due to the cleaners not doing such a great job. All of the suppliers were already in the condo which was good to have.

A great place! Only thing negative was the parking. New roofs being placed due to hurricane Michael so a lot of parking spots taken over by construction & materials. So if you go out to dinner, there’s no place to park when you return!

Very Nice Vacation

The condo was tastefully decorated and comfortable. I've stayed with my family at Edgewater several times and it is very convenient to many activities. Pool was very close and if you want to take a short walk the lagoon pool is beach side. We drove just across the street to bowl a few games and sitting on the back patio was very peaceful with the pond and fountain. I didn't give this stay 4 stars because I believe I should have been told about the roof construction. It was not disturbing and I'm glad they were getting the work done after Hurricane Michael I just feel I should have been told. This is a lovely property and I would recommend it to anyone.

The property as fine

The property was fine. Hurricane Michael came in on Wednesday. We were asked to leave with a Mandatory Evacuation by Tuesday by 6:00 AM - We arrived on Saturday at 3:30 pm had one day on the beach and decided to beat the rush of traffic leaving and departed about 11:00 AM on Monday. I understand policy but when asked to leave by the city and the Governor I felt like we should have been refunded our money all except for the 2 nights we stayed. We were refunded some but not all. Other friends were refunded the entire amount due to the hurricane. We will not rent from this owner again.
