The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a coffee maker, Keurig, microwave, and toaster oven, has everything you need for preparing meals. Gather around the 6-seat dining table, or use the adjacent eat-in kitchen with 3 bar stools for a more casual meal. The Master Bedroom Suite offers a private retreat, opening to the back patio with views of the water feature, a TV, and an en-suite bathroom perfect for a relaxing night. The second bedroom features 2 queen beds, a TV, and a private bathroom with access to the back balcony, providing guests with ample space and comfort.

When it’s time to explore, hop on the resort’s tram service to take you directly to the beach and Gulfside. Edgewater Golf Villa:
Gulf-front in Panama City Beach with 2 expansive pools, a fitness center and so much more. The resort style grounds also feature a basketball court, shuffleboard, and kids’ playground. The Aquatic Center has 1 pool with a waterfall and another that is heated seasonally. Heated whirlpool spa and a wading pool are also features. There’s even a poolside bar & grill if you get hungry or thirsty. The onsite fitness center includes commercial exercise equipment with treadmills, weight machines and more. Ocean kayaks and boogie boards are also available for rental on the grounds.

An initial signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.
